The Space:

Don't miss your chance to stay in this larger floor plan villa that is located on a quiet top floor corner villa in the popular Fiddlers Cove Resort overlooking the pool. Spacious 2 bedrooms/2 Baths and had a renovated kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The living space is extended and has a spacious back deck porch overlooking one of 2 pools to relax with your morning coffee. The bedrooms are private suites with each having a bathroom. The main bedroom bath has a walk-in shower. Nice coastal furnishings and just a short walk to the beach. Steps from the large, heated pool and spa.. 24-hour secure gated mid-island community with 10 clay tennis, 2 pools, 2 racquetball courts, and playgrounds. Perfect for your rental vacation.

Fiddlers Cove is a quiet beach community and has nice amenities, well maintained grounds, and is a short walk to Folly Field Beach or Island Park Beach

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.



The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.

The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.



There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.



Easy self-check in at the security gate and electronic lock on the door.





Gym is not available onĀ theĀ property.



Other Things to Note:

No parking fees at Fiddler's Cove. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.



Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.





Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper arenā€™t included in theĀ reservation.

Eine sehr schƶne und gerƤumige Wohnung mit tollem Pool. Kurzer und schattiger Weg zum Strand, wo es sogar Duschen gibt. Toll war auch, dass in der Wohnung StrandstĆ¼hle und Strandspielsachen waren. Unsere Kinder hatten viel SpaƟ mit den Boogie Boards.

I was disappointed with the bed in the main bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. There were not enough pillows and the ones that are there are basically nothing. The kitchen was stocked but incomplete. There was no pan or skillet, which is a major oversight. I had to go buy one.

Relaxing Stay

This was a great location for a brief getaway to Hilton Head. The place was exactly as described and very clean. I think we had one of the best locations in Fiddlers Cove because we were right next to the pool and a short walk to the private beach access. Fiddlers Cove is a little older overall, but the rental was updated and had good amenities. Although only two of us stayed there it could easily fit four or even a few more. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful family trip

This property was clean, bright, and better even than the listing. It is quiet and right by the pool. The beach was a short walk away, and there are paths everywhere for running and biking. We would definitely come back here again.

Our second stay at this specific condo in Fiddlers Cove

The location is terrific. About a 8-10 minute walk through a quiet neighborhood to the private (local residents) beach access. The beach here is relatively quiet and more spots to pitch your umbrella than most public beaches or those attached to coastline hotels. The condo complex is pretty quiet and offers multiple pools, tennis courts, plenty of shade, and even grills. This condo, though on the 3rd floor (stairs!) is a wonderful corner unit which overlooks the larger pool, is in a canopy of oak trees full of character, which provide a both a view and some privacy. With two adults and 4 kids, we feel at home. Though as our teens grow, we may outgrow the space. For now it has been a great spot to come back to.

Location was great, very clean and the balcony was wonderful to relax on. It would have been nice if basic kitchen items were provided, such as cooking spray, salt, pepper and coffee. The property is only a block from the beach. Beach towels and shade items are not provided. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

A wonderful weekend stay

So need I saw my wife and two oldest had the energy to get up and see the beautiful sunrise on the beach the day we leftā€¦ I didnā€™t tell them that the baby slept while I watched the sunrise from the balconyā€¦ which was x-large. Wonderful stay we hope to do it againā€¦

We had a great time. Pool area was nice and clean. Very easy to get to the beach. Mary was wonderful, very responsive. When the hurricane was approaching, we would of had to drive all day in the storm. I called and asked about staying one more night and we were accommodated. The only things Iwould have changed, is a softer couch and bed pillows. The towels were very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Wonderful Condo in Perfect Location

Our family of four (two teen boys) enjoyed a perfect week at Fiddlerā€™s Cove in this beautiful condo, which may be the best location in the entire resort. Nicely renovated and exceptionally convenient with washer/dryer in the unit. We loved the easy access to the pool and tennis courts as well as the huge balcony set in the treetop canopy. Short walk to the beach and five minutes to an incredible family golf deal at Port Royal. Couldnā€™t ask for more.

Nice condo, but need to be silent (no talking or moving around) at night

The condo itself was nice and the beach close by was great! Just be aware that the condo below apparently hears every single noise even when you are extremely quiet. We were made to feel like we could only whisper and not even walk from room to room at night.

Get Away

Got together with some military buddies of mine for a weekend. It had been 2 1/2 years since we were together. Nice spot and all involved were very communicative and responded quickly! Great spot and will definitely stay again.

Great Place to Relax

My husband and I had a great time in Hilton Head. The property was very clean and convenient. We had plenty of space. We overlooked the lovely pool and were a very short walk to the beach. Shopping and dining were close by. The property managers were very quick in their communications and extremely helpful. It was a relaxing place to be.

Perfect Location in Fiddlerā€™s Cove

We have loved the Fiddlerā€™s Cove community at Hilton Head for the past few years and 25F is the perfect location there in. Top floor means no one above you, the corner balcony is wide and surrounded by wonderful trees, and you are at the perfect spot next to the big pool with easy access to showers after the beach and a close gate to the Ghost Crab Way route to the beach. We have 4 kids and were happy with the layout and amenities. Glad to find they had beach chairs provided (though we came prepared with our own wagon) and clean linens for everyone. Will recommend to our friends and hope to be back.
