CARE OF HOME No smoking. No pets unless approved. Rinse off after beach use. Return kayaks and outdoor items to original place. Report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly.

TRASH & CHECKOUT Trash and recycling are picked up Monday and Thursday in summer. Please use outdoor bins only. At checkout, take out trash, start dishwasher, and lock all doors.

An absolutely beautiful and unforgettable stay!

An absolutely beautiful and unforgettable stay! Our family had the most wonderful time here. The home was gorgeous, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. But the lagoon location is what truly makes this property special. The views were stunning, and there was something so peaceful about being right on the water, we could not get enough of that view, we already miss having Morning coffee on that deck!! The location was also so convenient — an easy walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, Lava Java coffee shop, colonial bakery (all our favorites) plus so much more! Sal was incredibly accommodating and made the whole experience seamless, he truly thought of everything. The home was well-equipped, and we had everything we could possibly need throughout our stay, It made traveling with a group of 6 family members and 2 kids so much easier and more comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily return and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful, peaceful, and convenient family getaway down the shore!

Everything I expected and more!

Our stay at the lagoon retreat was phenomenal! The place was amazingly clean. The master bedroom bed that I slept in was very comfy! The town was so peaceful and quiet. The bay views are picturesque. It was the perfect location for us to try kayaking for the first time. The deck was HUGE out back and we loved hanging out there. We walked a few blocks to the ocean and that was very beautiful as well.

We are passionate about the Jersey Shore lifestyle and spent years looking for the perfect waterfront escape before finding this hidden gem in Lavallette. For us, a true vacation means skipping the traffic, the parking battles, and the chaotic crowds—and this unique property lets us do exactly that.

As a family, our absolute favorite days are spent right here: waking up to glassy lagoon water, taking a quick two-block stroll down to the beach, and finishing the day watching the sunset from the back deck while the fire table is rolling. We designed and fully renovated this home to offer a highly curated, premium coastal experience—combining modern comforts (like a direct-line natural gas grill, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and upscale linens) with the classic, laid-back peace of lagoonfront living.

We are incredibly proud to share our sanctuary with families and mature groups who want to experience the absolute best, most peaceful side of the Shore. We're dedicated to making your stay seamless, effortless, and unforgettable!
