Stylish 2BD Cabin in the Poconos with a fully fenced backyard packed with every amenity you can dream of! Relax in the hot tub, enjoy movies on the outdoor TV, or gather by the real wood fire pit with swings and a chic wood bench. Take pictures by the grass wall with a neon sign, grill on the BBQ, or unwind on the deck with a gas fire pit. Inside, enjoy modern décor, a cozy gas fireplace, full kitchen, laundry, and front porch perfect for morning coffee. Close to all main Pocono attractions!

The space
WELCOME TO OUR CABIN
We are so happy to host you and hope you enjoy every moment of your stay! This cozy and stylish home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and creating special memories with family and friends.

INSIDE
As you enter through the side entrance, you’ll be welcomed by an open-concept space filled with warmth and light. To the right, a fully equipped kitchen features an eat-in island and a round dining table—perfect for shared meals. From here, you can step out to the deck or backyard for fresh air and outdoor enjoyment.

Across from the entrance, the living room offers a gas fireplace and a smart TV—ideal for movie nights or board games. Connected to it is a bright sunroom with a sitting area, leading directly to the front yard. Behind the door next to the sunroom, you’ll find a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

Down the hallway, the first door on the right is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The closet opposite is for owners’ use. At the end of the hallway are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, closet, and TV for your comfort.

Sleeping arrangement can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 2 queen size bedrooms we have and 2 air mattresses.

DECK
Relax on the deck’s cozy sitting area with a gas firepit, perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. A few steps down lead you to the backyard oasis.

BACKYARD
Unwind in the electric hot tub while enjoying your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Fire up the propane BBQ for a delicious meal, or capture fun moments by the artificial grass wall with a neon sign. Gather around the wood fire pit, complete with a wooden bench and swing set—an inviting spot for s’mores and stories. The fully fenced yard ensures privacy and safety for all.

Please note: Guests do not have access to the garage.

If you are planning to use the Association amenities, wristbands are $10 per person and can be purchased directly at the community office:

Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4 PM

Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM

Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM

After 2 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, wristbands can be purchased at the Seneca Pool Snack Shack (cash only).

Community Amenities

Boulder Lake

- Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

Clubhouse Basketball Court

- The basketball court is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school!

Fishing Lake

- Fishing Lake is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!
In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!

IMLCA Clubhouse


- Main Lake

Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)!
There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Seneca Pool

- OUTDOOR POOL - A great place to spend a hot afternoon with family and friends! Includes a smaller kiddie pool for younger children.

Twin Lake

- Twin Lake is 3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep.
A great place to take a peaceful walk!

- Watauga Lake

Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families!

Winding Way Basketball Court

- Our 2ND basketball court is perfect for new and advanced players! Just remember to bring your own ball!

Other things to note
We are located in a Private Gated Community. You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.

Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added.
