Chic design, brand new landscaping, curated finishes, and Italian marble elevate the experience beyond a typical desert rental.



With a rare 120 car private parking lot, the estate is uniquely suited for executive retreats, production and filming opportunities, luxury festival stays, private events, and high end group escapes. Located minutes from the BNP Paribas Open, Acrisure Arena, Coachella and Stagecoach grounds, and world class golf, this estate delivers privacy, scale, and versatility that are nearly impossible to replicate in Bermuda Dunes.

House Rules:

• A private chef is available upon request

• Please respect quiet hours set by the city of Bermuda Dunes (10pm-7am)

• Pool heat available for an additional fee of $250/day, please request 48 hours prior to arrival

• Please supervise children around the pool at all times

• No smoking on the property



IMPORTANT: Guests are required to complete Nest Villas’ standard rental agreement and check in verification process prior to receiving arrival instructions. By submitting a reservation request, Guest acknowledges and agrees to complete these requirements before check in.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home, including the pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and driveway parking. Check in is seamless via smart lock for convenient self arrival.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Bermuda Dunes with quick access to the best of the Coachella Valley. You’re minutes from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds, PGA West, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the dining scenes of La Quinta and Palm Desert. Championship golf courses, hiking trails, shopping, and entertainment are all within easy reach.



What makes the location special is the balance. You’re close to everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy open desert skies, wide views, and a peaceful, private stay away from the noise.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Indio and the greater Coachella Valley. The home is a short drive to the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds, PGA West, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the restaurants and shops of La Quinta and Palm Desert. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and most major attractions are within 10 to 20 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

• Pool heat is $250 a day and must be requested 48 hours prior to arrival.

• There are no pets allowed at this property without prior approval, pets incur a $150/stay charge per pet, up to two pets.

• The garage is accessible and can fit 2 cars, the remote is located inside the home.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors. Violation may result in fines up to $2,000.

• The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 16, according to the city’s permitting guidelines.

• Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.
