The space
Inside, the living and dining area is bright and open - large windows draw in natural light and the layout keeps movement easy between rooms and out to the balconies. Each of the three private balconies offers a slightly different angle on the marine environment that defines this corner of downtown Cabo: one for a slow morning with coffee in hand, another for watching the harbor shift colors in the late afternoon, all three furnished and ready to use whenever the mood takes you.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is a proper retreat - a king-size bed, room-darkening shades, and direct access to one of the balconies make it easy to sleep well and surface slowly. A clothing safe, hangers, a closet, and extra pillows and blankets keep everything in order without any effort on your part.
Outdoor living
Three furnished balconies and a dedicated outdoor dining area give you more than enough space to eat, unwind, and watch the evening settle in. The BBQ grill is ready when you want to cook outside, and the outdoor pool is close when the heat builds through the afternoon. An outdoor shower makes the return from the beach effortless, and a full kit of beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - means a day along the shore needs almost no planning.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a proper meal: refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a blender, and a drip coffee maker are all here. Coffee is provided, so your first morning in Cabo starts without a detour. The dining table is a comfortable place to gather before heading out or to wind down after a long day on the water.
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning keeps the interior cool regardless of what the sun is doing outside. A washer and dryer - plus a drying rack - take care of laundry without any hassle. The building has an elevator, and parking is easy: a free garage on premises and free street parking are both available. Exercise equipment is on hand for those who want to keep up with a routine, and Wi-Fi and a TV are there for quieter evenings in.
Bathroom
The bathroom is well stocked with the essentials: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, and cleaning products. Towels, bed linens, an iron, a mosquito net, and hangers are all provided - everything in place so the stay feels properly looked after from the first night.

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

At nightfall the community is full of life in its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and cantinas with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.
Getting Around:
To get around this city we recommend walking as the apartment is located a few blocks from the marina of Cabo San Lucas, for long distances we recommend the use of Uber or car rental, in case you need a rental car we can recommend the best prices.
