The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TV and cable for your entertainment.

Please note that pets are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of $100 USD will be requested upon your arrival, returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

Please be informed that for check-in, we kindly request your ID and passport to complete an agreement contract, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival process. Cameras are installed outside the villa and a ring at the front door, along with surveillance cameras throughout the gated community, for your peace of mind. Is not allowed to use the pool or jacuzzi without bath suite. You can not use regular street cloth or interior cloth. Just regular cars parking, no VANS or RVS allowed

Shared amazing pool with hot tub , paddle tennis court. Enjoy the terrace for sun baths or to cook a delicious dinner . Located just a 10-minute driving from the famous Medano Beach and only 15-20 minutes away driving from downtown Cabo San Lucas, Riu Beach Public Access 5 minute driving ,25 minute walking, offers a convenient and peaceful escape with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Explore Cabo’s vibrant nightlife, world-class dining, and local shopping just a short drive away.



The Neighborhood:

Close to costco , walmart, El Fresko, Soriana , office depot. Just 2 miles from downtown, marina and medano beach. 40 minutes from San Jose del Cabo Airport.



Getting Around:

We have two parking spots just next to the villa. There are taxis , Ubers and buses in cabo. Always is great to rent a car to move around.



Other Things to Note:

We will just request your id and passport to fill an agreement contract for your check inn. We will fill it and have it ready at your arrival. Rules must followed. Parties not Allowed, Not allowed get in the pool or jacuzzi with regular cloth, must use bath suite all the time.

Enjoy Cabo in this amazing villa. For your security we have cameras outside the villa and the ring in the front door. There are also cameras outside the gated community surveillance.
