Casa Grande offers five full bathrooms plus a half bath, giving your group plenty of flexibility for busy mornings and post-adventure showers. Several baths feature hammered copper vessel sinks, granite vanities, and tiled walk-in showers. Standard bath amenities are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels.

The main great room centers on a floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace, with leather seating, cowhide rugs, exposed beams, and large windows framing the surrounding forest. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including both living areas, the gourmet kitchen, all five bedrooms, the arcade, and the private hot tub and patio.

Self check-in is available via a lockbox or keypad, making arrival simple and flexible. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Parking is available on the home's private horseshoe driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

In winter conditions, 4WD or AWD is required to reach this home due to steep, snow-packed mountain roads.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• No smoking, parties, or events.

• This home does not have air conditioning, which is typical for this mountain climate.

• The home is on a septic system; please flush only toilet paper and dispose of all other items in the trash.

• The home features a wood-burning fireplace only; please follow all posted fireplace guidance.

• 4WD or AWD is required year-round to reach this home, and especially during snow and ice season.

• Cell service in Angel Fire can be unreliable during holidays and peak season. Please plan accordingly.

• Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the mountain location, connectivity may be intermittent.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.
