The living area offers a clean line contemporary L-shaped sofa, various beautifully accessorized armchairs to provide multiple seating options to gather around the smart TV, and a modern linear gas fireplace feature. Just off the main living area open the glass doors onto a large deck with outdoor seating, all overlooking the 6th hole of the award-winning Angel Fire Golf Course. The dining area features seating for 6 with ambiance plus to share an intimate meal or grand feast. Just off the dining area is another deck with a grilling station & bar top seating. The smartly decorated primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed, private access to the outdoor deck, an en-suite primary bath with a walk-in shower/soaking tub & a king-sized closet that connects to the laundry/mudroom for easy access just coming in from outdoor activities. Upstairs are two large bedrooms; each furnished with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The bottom level has an additional living room with a large smart TV, a kitchen/bar area, and another large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. PARKING: On-site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles in the driveway (no garage access)
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
