Spanning over 2,500 square feet across two floors, the thoughtfully designed split floor plan provides plenty of space for families and friends to gather while still enjoying privacy. Bright, open living areas seamlessly blend with outdoor spaces, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle.



Spend your days soaking in the sun, lounging poolside, or taking a short stroll just a block away to the beach. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, Blue Lagoon delivers comfort, style, and the laid-back charm of coastal living.



As you enter the home, you’re welcomed into a bright, open-concept living space designed for both comfort and connection. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Natural light fills the space, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere.



The kitchen offers counter seating for four guests, perfect for casual dining or morning coffee. Just adjacent, the dining table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for shared meals and gatherings.



This space also serves as one of the main entertaining areas, complete with two comfortable sofas and a large smart TV — perfect for relaxing, cooking, and spending quality time together after a day at the beach.



On the ground level, you’ll find two of the home’s bedrooms along with two bathrooms for added convenience.



The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds — perfect for additional guests or children.



A full hallway bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and an additional half bath is also located on this level.



As you make your way upstairs, you’ll discover a true entertainment retreat — perfect for both relaxation and play. This second living area features a large smart TV, ample comfortable seating for the whole family, and a pool table, creating the ultimate space to unwind or enjoy a friendly game night. Living space has a sofa bed.



Just off the living area, step out onto the private deck — an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the coastal breeze.



The second floor also hosts the spacious primary suite, complete with a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, making it a great option for a small family. The ensuite bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in shower, offering both comfort and convenience.



Our Blue Lagoon sleeps a total of 10 guests.



For those working remotely, the home also offers a dedicated workspace — making it easy to stay connected while still enjoying your beach getaway.



With its spacious layout and split floor plan, the home allows families and friends to spread out and enjoy every area comfortably. Thoughtful coastal finishes, including beautiful wood beam ceilings throughout, add warmth and character while enhancing the relaxed beachside atmosphere.



Outdoor Living



We’ve truly saved the best for last — the outdoor space is nothing short of exceptional.



Step into your own private oasis featuring a brand-new pool, designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The expansive covered patio offers a full outdoor living experience, complete with a TV, comfortable lounge seating, a high-top table, a foosball table, and a dining area perfect for al fresco meals. Lounge chairs surround the pool, creating the ideal setting for soaking up the Florida sun.



For added convenience, a separate outdoor laundry area is located in the shed and includes an additional restroom.



And the best part — the beach is just a 2-minute walk away, making it effortless to go from poolside to toes in the sand in moments.
