All bedrooms on this floor have access to a beachfront balcony, offering a tranquil spot to soak in the panoramic views and savor the gentle sea breeze.

The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and a twin bed, while the third bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds. Both of these bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for a restful night's sleep. A hallway bathroom with a separate shower serves these two bedrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The property sleeps a total of 10 guests.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
