Beautiful house and great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and everything was clean and well kept. Ping pong tables net was broken so was difficult to use and the kitchen was missing a few basic things that are typically available (measuring spoons and cup, and only a very small cutting board). Patio did not have a gate at the top or bottom of the stairs which we prefer to have.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great experience. We celebrated my mother’s 85th birthday. Beach Please fit us like a glove. Other than the struggle of moving four 80 yo’s up and down the stairs, it was phenomenal. The decorations were spot on. Thank you, Paci

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed when we arrived because the room with bunk beds was misrepresented. The top bunk was right at ceiling fan level, which is very unsafe. The person on the bottom bunk was not able to fully sit up. Additionally, there were not enough extra blankets for the beds. We’ve been staying is this area for 25 years, so it was unusual for there to be an empty soap dispenser in the bathroom and no refills/replacement. The kitchen had no dish towels and no pot holders. The giant oven mitt was difficult to use. The toaster and ice maker were broken, and we never found a way to turn on the fan in the living room/game room (table). The ping pong net is still broken, by the way. We called about the fan, but nobody ever followed up. The place itself is nice and cleanWe only had one washcloth per bathroom, but they did have enough towels. The feeling we got is that someone was trying to justify the rental rates by making the place seem nicer and closer to beach access than it is.
