The magnificient Villa Stipanovi Dvori - a newly renovated stone house with swimming pool is located in a hinterland of Makarska, in a small village Rascane offering peaceful atmosphere and tranquil surroundings.

This authentic, historic holiday home has an authentic taverna with a wooden table for true gourmets. The outdoor terrace offers more than enough space for socializing and entertainment, there is also a heated swimming pool measuring 36 m2 and small children's pool offering view of Biokovo Mountain Nature Park, which does not diminish its beauty. Next to the pool, there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing, an outdoor dining table, and you can also use an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.



The pool is 9x3.8 meters on the terrace in front.Terrace in underfloor is avaailable for grilling and gatherings. There is a billard table for your fun and joy moments.



The house Stipanovi dvori is located in the small village of Rascane, which lies behind the Biokovo mountain. The closest center with everything you need for a pleasant holiday is Vrgorac, 10 km away.








Near your holiday destination is the entrance to the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park, with a new attraction - SKYWALK - viewing platform from which you can view the entire coast of Central Dalmatia, the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands.
