Mayor's Penthouse 4BR w/Elevator - Enjoy oceanfront views for the Holidays!

Enjoy the best moments in life with family and friends in our beachfront 4 BR penthouse. Wake up to Atlantic Ocean sunrises, have your morning coffee on a patio with an unobstructed ocean view, and then walk out your private boardwalk for unparalleled beach access.

Our oceanfront home was originally designed by the Carolina Beach mayor, who lived here for years. It is a spacious 2,300 sq ft retreat with a private elevator and on-site covered parking. Two bedrooms, the living room and dining room have all been updated by Porchlight Interior Designs, new for 2026. This includes a new sectional sofa, 65-inch TV, new dining room set and two Polywood tables for the deck.

We offer a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for creating unforgettable memories. We have a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs and some picnic supplies that you can roll out to the beach for a day in the sun. But if you want the luxury experience, call one of the local vendors who will set up your beach chairs and umbrellas before you finish your first cup coffee and will cart them off at the end of the day.

You might see pelicans diving in for lunch, surfers trying to catch a wave, or -- if you're really lucky -- a pod of dolphins trailing a shrimp boat on their daily commute.

This is your chance to be among the first to reserve our penthouse, as it is being converted from a residence to a weekly rental for 2026.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a daybed, Roku TV, full dresser w mirror, a small private balcony with sunset views and a luxury bathroom with a shower, towel warmer and a soaking tub.

The second bedroom features a king bed and a full dresser w mirror. It shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the third bedroom, which includes a queen bed.

The fourth bedroom has a brand-new full bed under a twin bunk. The third bathroom is a shower only and is across the hall from the fourth bedroom.

Linens are included and all bathrooms are modern and elegant. Each room has a luggage rack for your convenience.

We are located midway between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the Carolina Beach Pier, so you're about .7 miles from restaurants (Nollie's Tacos, SeaWitch and Stoked are the closest) and entertainment, and you'll have a stunning view of the weekly fireworks.

Our new friend Eric also operates a breakfast/lunch/mini-mart just half a block from our doorstep. It's a great place to get your morning coffee and a bagel for brunch. He also has sunscreen, aspirin, toiletries and anything else you might have forgotten to pack. You can also grab your beer and wine to prepare for your evening watching the moonrise from the deck.
