Guests will have access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, and the private fenced backyard. Enjoy exclusive use of the fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, and beach gear provided for your stay.

The home is single-level, making it easy to move throughout the space. Parking is available in the driveway.

Please note that one owner`s closet is locked and unavailable for guest use.

The home is approximately one block from the beach, providing convenient access to the Gulf. St. Joe Beach recently underwent a beach restoration project, resulting in a wider beach area for residents and visitors to enjoy.

The location offers easy access to both Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, with shopping, dining, boat ramps, parks, and other local amenities located within a short drive.

Guests can expect a quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of full-time residents and vacation homes.

Transit
A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area and surrounding communities. Coastal Bungalow is conveniently located between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, making it easy to access local restaurants, shopping, boat ramps, parks, and other attractions throughout the Forgotten Coast.

Guests can walk to the nearby beach access, located approximately one block from the home. Parking is available in the driveway for guest use during your stay.

Golf carts may be rented locally; however, please note that golf carts are not permitted to cross Highway 98. Guests planning to rent a golf cart should familiarize themselves with local regulations and approved operating areas.

Other Things to Note
• This is a non-pet-friendly property. No pets are permitted on the premises.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property, including the backyard and fire pit area.

• Guests using the fire pit are responsible for supervising all fires, following local burn restrictions, and cleaning up any trash or personal items from the area after use.

• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

• Prior to arrival, guests will receive a unique access code that will be active for the duration of their stay.

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of neighboring residents.

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book the property.

• Beach gear, including chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella, is provided for guest convenience. Availability cannot be guaranteed due to loss, damage, or normal wear and tear from previous guests.

• Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws, ordinances, and beach regulations during their stay.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Please respect the home and neighbors at all times
• Quiet hours may be enforced by the community
