*FIREPLACE: Please note the indoor fireplace is currently inoperable and is not available for guest use.

*PETS: Allowed ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. Pet fee $250 per reservation; please add pets under the “Add Guests” tab. We love welcoming pets! Please be sure to clean up after them during your stay. Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. We love welcoming pets! Please be sure to clean up after them during your stay. Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out
