Just two blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés, shops, and nightlife, this home makes it easy to enjoy everything the town has to offer while staying in a peaceful gated community.

Located on the second level of a well-maintained complex with tropical landscaping, 2 shared pools and shaded lounge areas for poolside dining or working, this two-story condo offers a bright and welcoming layout designed for relaxation. The main level opens into a sunny living space and fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable area for everyone to gather. The condo spans the third and fourth floors, offering more privacy and nice views overlooking the entire complex.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and closet for added privacy and convenience. The primary bedroom also features a private balcony overlooking the grounds of the complex, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and the condo provides wifi for remote workers. A convenient half bathroom is located off the living room. Please note that stairs are required to access the entrance and the second floor of the condo.

- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
