This is a coveted area of Breckenridge due to walkable proximity, however, most homes on Columbine are missing what this one has- a private hot tub, garage, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and outdoor living spaces.

It's the perfect location for groups/families who want the convenience of walking distance to the chairlifts and Main Street restaurants and shopping. You will be hard pressed to find the amenities this home offers at other units in this price range.
Only 150 yards to the base of Peak 9 to load the Quicksilver lift for skiing, 200 yards to popular restaurants and shops at Main Street Station, less than one-half mile to dozens more shops and restaurants on Main Street. A shuttle stop for Breck Free Ride is 50 yards out the front door.
During peak ski season, guests can walk to the lifts and ski back to within 50 yards of the front door on a neighborhood trail that borders Peak 9 at the ski area. In the summer, this trail provides a beautiful and peaceful, riverside stroll to Main Street Station and Maggie Pond.
Other perks that can't be found in most homes in this price range include a private hot tub (brand new, only a few months old), a heated garage, EASY loading and unloading right at the front door, three bedrooms all with en-suite full bathrooms, three balconies and a lower level outdoor patio, and a full-size washer and dryer.

LOCATION: This townhome sits on the hugely popular Columbine Road which borders Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, on the south end of Breckenridge. A short walk to the chairlifts, shops and dining at Main Street Station. Guests love this area for ease of walkability to/from all the action and activities in Breckenridge. There is also a nearby free shuttle stop for quick and easy transportation to other areas of the ski resort, the Breckenridge Gondola, or just about anywhere in Summit County.
ACCESS: This home has a flat driveway and is in a neighborhood with paved roads, however, ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town.

HOUSE RULES: Minimum age of primary renter is 27 per HOA rules. All guests must be at least 27 years of age with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents. Max occupancy of 10 ID and signed rental agreement required Max vehicles is 2 CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR 2026: Reservations including the night of Dec 25, must check out by Dec 27, unless also booking the night of Jan 1. Reservations including the night of Jan 1, may not arrive prior to Dec 27 unless also booking the night of Dec 25. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to have pets; however, the homeowners bring their cat for their visits, therefore, this home cannot be considered free of pet allergens.
Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and other Summit County ski resorts including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain less than 15 miles away.
Winter Activities: Skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, cross-country skiing, shopping, dining, and a world-class rec center for swimming, yoga, track, basketball, racquet ball, etc.
Summer Activities: Hiking, biking, boating, horseback riding, and great resort activities for kids at the top Breckenridge mountain in summer and fall months.
