You’ll head out in the morning—boots on, quick walk to the lift or trail, everything easy. But what makes this place different is what happens when you come back.
The private hot tub on the deck is usually the first stop. From there it turns into drinks at the bar, something on the big screen, and everyone ending up in the same room without trying. The oversized wrap-around sectional actually fits the whole group, so no one’s scattered across chairs or separate spaces.
That’s what this place does well—it brings everyone together.
And when you do head out, you’re just a short walk to both the Quicksilver lift and Main Street, so you get the best of Breckenridge without dealing with parking or crowds.
After a full day, everyone has a real place to unwind—no pullout couches here.
The primary suite is a quiet retreat with a king bed, vaulted ceiling, and a jetted tub for a long soak after skiing. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen, while the third bedroom is set up perfectly for groups or families with a queen and two twins—so everyone gets a proper bed and their own space.
Step out onto the deck for fresh mountain air and your private hot tub—one of the best features of the home and perfect after a day on the mountain or a long summer hike.
The heated garage makes gear storage easy and keeps your vehicle snow-free, and you’ll also have a reserved parking spot right out front. Inside the complex, guests have access to The Corral’s shared amenities including additional hot tubs, fitness room, steam room, and lounge.

The property is amazing. This 3 bed 3 bath is great for small and large groups, plenty of room to hangout in the morning and after a day of being on the mountain. It’s a quick walk to peak 9, downtown, and there’s a gas at station right behind it for quick things.

Great stay! Everything from booking to checkout was super smooth. Location can’t be beat. Easy walk to quicksilver superchair for the mountains and super close to everything on Main Street. We walked everywhere but Freeride bus is just outside the complex gate if needed. Unit was super clean and stocked with everything you could possible need for cooking in. Brand new hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Communication was great with the host. Checked in the whole trip to see if we needed anything. Gave us everything from rental discounts to restaurant recommendations and best happy hours! Highly recommend!

First, I would like to share the experience working with Kirk. He was very responsive to our questions, extremely timely with getting back to us, an honest, friendly host -- actually one the best host I have worked with in the past 10-15 years. He is phenomenal.Regarding the condo itself -- very nice, appointed condo with everything one would need during your stay. High-quality finishes, desirable amenities, stylish decor, and modern appliances. Location is perfect if you are looking for ease of skiing, dining and shopping. The activities area of the condo (games room, work-out area, steam room) adds much to the experience.Would highly recommend this property and Kirk to family and friends.
