The Space:

This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home features: A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room, and a living room with a TV, access to the sitting porch, and a full-size Murphy bed. A master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a king-size bed and TV. A third bedroom with two full-size beds and TV. The is a second full-sized bathroom as well as a half bath. Full size laundry room with washer and dryer. Screened in porch as well as a front porch for relaxing. Upstairs balconies to rest and view the beautiful neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Guests gain access to all Emerald Shores amenities with the purchase of armbands for $35 each. Armbands can be purchased at the Emerald Shores Pavillion.
