Step into the ideal vacation retreat for your Cape Cod getaway. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a seamless blend of comfort, style, and practicality.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by coastal-inspired decor. The open living area features vaulted ceilings that flow effortlessly into the modern kitchen and dining space. With two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom, every room exudes thoughtful design. Each bedroom is equipped with a window air conditioning unit to help keep you cool and comfortable during your stay.

The dining area seamlessly connects to a bright sunroom, offering extra seating and a TV for relaxation. You'll also find the washer and dryer easily accessible in this space. From there, step outside to the spacious deck, where you'll find ample seating and a one-of-a-kind backyard. A winding pathway leads through the yard, taking you from the picnic table and hammock to a charming wooden fire pit with Adirondack chairs. You'll also discover an enclosed outdoor shower and a gas grill for added convenience.

Nestled in the heart of Dennis Port, you'll find plenty of local dining options just around the corner. Nearby, you'll discover favorites like The Dog House, Cleat and Anchor, Chapin's, and Wolfie's Bakery, to name a few. Plus, it's only 0.5 miles to Glendon Road Beach along the scenic Nantucket Sound.

Everything was lovely

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cottage! We enjoyed our stay and would not change a thing about this cottage. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into providing everything for guests. The location is convenient to all the places you want to go for a week in Dennis. Highly recommend.

Nice place but needs a good cleaning and new couches

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental upon entering looks great. It’s outfitted with everything you could possibly need. So thanks. However as your there it begins to feel dirty. You see dust and spider webs and the couch smells like vomit in the small room. Definitely needs a REAL cleaning and the couch needs replacing. The entire time we smelled something. The floor and rugs don’t feel clean. The only other complaint is that it should be made clear that there’s no AC in the home. It’s a bit misleading. We had an older person with us and the heat was 90 a few days and they didn’t feel well. For me it was okay but when you’re older it can be tough. Overall I’d use MM again, but I’d ask many more questions. I would only recommend this property if it got cleaned. I loved the backyard. I loved the kitchen. And making food was a breeze. Only two negatives.

This is certainly not the standard we want for our guests, and we’ll be reviewing these concerns with our cleaning team and taking a closer look at the couch, floors, rugs, and areas where dust and cobwebs may have been missed. We also want to clarify one point regarding the air conditioning. The home does have AC in each bedroom. We’re sorry if this was unclear in the listing or if you were unable to use the AC as expected during your stay. We understand how important comfortable temperatures can be, especially when traveling with older family members, and we’ll make sure the information is clearly communicated to guests. We truly appreciate your willingness to stay with MM again, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a much cleaner and more comfortable experience next time.
