Escape to Jenna’s Cove, a bright 5th-floor oceanfront condo at Beach Cove Resort in North Myrtle Beach. Comfortably sleeping 4 with two queen beds, this coastal retreat pairs unobstructed Atlantic sunrise views with direct beach access, resort pools, hot tubs, and a private balcony with outdoor dining.

THE CONDO
Settle into a bright, modern condo with stylish coastal décor and ocean-and-beach views through the living room’s sliding balcony doors. The comfortable oversized tan leather sofa creates an inviting place to unwind after a day by the water.

• Bedroom: Two plush queen beds, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and closet/dresser storage.
• Bathroom: Renovated full bath with a glass walk-in shower and double vanity. A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion is provided.
• Kitchen: Well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric two-burner stovetop (no oven), microwave, toaster, dishes, cooking basics, and both a standard coffee maker and Keurig.
• Entertainment: HDTV with Roku, premium cable, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Fire TV, Chromecast, and Apple TV, plus board games for a night in.
• Private balcony: Take in unobstructed Atlantic sunrise views, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy a meal or drink in the outdoor dining area.

The condo includes central air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connection.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

THE RESORT
Guests have private use of the entire condo unit. Self check-in is available via keypad for a smooth arrival; this refers to access to the condo and does not indicate a separate private entrance.

Resort wristbands are included and provide access to Beach Cove Resort amenities:

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the booking platform or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance.

Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included, but seasonal rentals may be arranged through the on-duty beach lifeguards. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Long-term stays are allowed.

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $200 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
