Please note that this home has a tankless water heater and while this system promotes energy efficiency, the heating is isolated to specific areas at a time and may require guests to take turns when using hot water for showers to ensure everyone has access to warm water during the stay.



Guests of all vacation rentals in The City of Palm Springs must follow the Good Neighbor policy which includes the following rules & regs: the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign a short term rental agreement onsite. All adult guests are required to print and sign names to confirm they have read and understood the Good Neighbor Brochure which is available in the home. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day, and quiet time is between 10pm and 10am. We kindly ask that you be mindful and respectful of the surrounding community so everyone can enjoy their time. These rules are not unique to Luxus Vacation Properties and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs.
