3BR 1.5BA Oceanfront Beach house in Gualala with private access to beach

Our home in Gualala is perched right on Iversen Point facing the ocean--a 1/2 acre ocean front property perfect for enjoying the beautiful views, our waterfall and stream, being outdoors, or hitting the beach via the private access.

The house itself has 2 bedrooms and one den/3rd bedroom (with a full size futon) and 1.5 baths. One of the bedrooms is up a small flight of stairs and has a king sized bed and large windows facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite 1/2 bath. You will enjoy views of the ocean from the den/3rd bedroom, living room, dining room and the fully-equipped kitchen. You can also lounge outside on the sun-deck, enjoy a BBQ, or take a dip in the jacuzzi. All in all, its a perfect and peaceful retreat.

We are pet friendly (we assess a small pet fee), but ask that you let us know ahead of time (failure to do so may result in loss of some of the security deposit).

Please also let us know the total number of guests in your party, including children/babies.

Guests will have complete access to the entire home, grounds, and amenities. The front and backyards are fenced in.
