The villa features four spacious bedrooms and one maid’s room. Every guest bedroom faces the sea, allowing you to wake up to birdsong in the morning and fall asleep under the stars at night. With six private bathrooms, the villa is ideal for 4–8 adults. Each bedroom offers its own private space, allowing everyone to relax without disturbing one another.

The bright and spacious living room connects to an open-plan kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor. Modern furnishings, high ceilings, and open spaces make the villa comfortable and relaxing.

At sunset, enjoy a cold drink beside the infinity pool while watching the sky glow over the sea. At night, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet, with only the sound of the tropical breeze through the coconut trees.

The villa is located in a quiet area, approximately a 10-minute drive from central Chaweng and Central Samui shopping mall. From the villa, you can enjoy panoramic views across Chaweng Beach. It offers convenient access to the city while remaining away from the noise and crowds, making it an excellent choice for couples, families, and groups of friends.

Every Christmas and New Year, the beach hotels below the villa organize spectacular fireworks displays. You can enjoy an amazing view of the fireworks directly from the villa.

## Other Important Information

**1. No Smoking or Illegal Activities**

Smoking and cannabis use are strictly prohibited inside the villa. Any illegal activities are also strictly prohibited.

**2. Villa Location and Access**

Please search for **Golden Coconut Villa 8** on Google Maps to navigate directly to the villa.

If you are driving yourself, please follow the navigation link I send you. There is a short uphill section of approximately 6 meters at the entrance. Cars and motorcycles can access the villa easily, so there is no need to worry.

**3. Energy Saving**

To help save energy, please turn off the air conditioning and lights whenever you leave the villa.

Please change into indoor slippers when entering the rooms.

**4. Possible Daytime Construction Noise**

There may occasionally be some construction noise during the daytime. Roads and villas are currently being developed nearby, which is why the current accommodation rate is more attractive.

**5. Small Dogs Are Welcome**

Small dogs weighing up to 5 kg are welcome.

A one-time additional cleaning fee of **THB 800** applies.

**6. Security Deposit and Long-Stay Conditions**

A security deposit of **THB 5,000** is required after check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage or outstanding charge.

For bookings of **7 nights or longer**, special discounted rates are available. For discounted stays of 7 nights or more, electricity is charged separately at:

**7. Bathroom Notice**

Please do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary products, or other items down the toilet, as Thailand’s drainage and septic systems can be sensitive and easily blocked.

**8. Villa Maintenance and Reporting**

We maintain our properties to a high standard.

If you experience any problems during your stay:

- Please report any damage or issues immediately.
- Our team will respond quickly and do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
