The Seaside Retreat Is a custom renovated oceanfront corner unit condo on the 3rd floor with incredible views of the ocean!!! Previously called “Leg-a-Sea”, Not only is this unit at A Place At The Beach but it’s just a few minute walk to the ocean & pool. , With an elevator and tons of amazing features - a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, fast wifi, smart TVs , king in master bedroom & queen in guest room you won’t need a thing! Marble counters w/updated baths! Tons of storage & great open layout with amazing views awaits!

The space:

The Seaside Retreat is a fabulous updated 3rd floor corner oceanfront Unit! As you step in you will love the incredible views! You’ll be greeted in the hallway where there is a separation from both bedrooms off of the kitchen and living room area.

The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with step in shower and marble vanity. There is tons of storage in this room along with the washer and dryer in the closet area ceiling fan and smart tv.

The guest bedroom is off of the living room, separated at the other end of the condo. It has a queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan and storage. The hall bath for this bedroom is off of the kitchen area, which has a wonderfully updated design.

In the open living room, you will have plenty of super comfy seating for everyone with ocean views. There’s also a private balcony off of this area and a wonderful dining area to enjoy all together for meals and games! There is also a large smart TV as well to enjoy while relaxing or for movie night!

The kitchen is well equipped and fully stocked for your stay! It’s a wonderful updated kitchen with tons of storage and a very functional design for preparing meals or quick snacks for the family for a day at the beach or pool:)

Enjoy all the amenities that A Place at the Beach has to offer such as the pool with water slide, the indoor pool and hot tub , outdoor areas, the mini golf, playground Grill area, and plenty of sun loungers on your vacation. Also tons of other amenities such as a bocci and basketball court. This place has it all! There are also beach towels and chairs for you to use and wristbands and a packet you will get for when you check in:)

Guest access:

The guests have access to the entire resort and may use wristbands to enjoy all the facilities. There’s also beach access off of this resort.

Other things to note:

Please note that you will have to get a packet when you check in at the front desk. If you check in after hours, there will be a packet left for you but the rest of the packet you will sign for the next morning and it will include your parking pass and wristbands for your stay.

Beach vacation

Natalie’s Leg-a-sea was a great place to stay. We loved the views, the easy access to the beach, the amenities available and the condo was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

Natalie was very attentive and quick with responses. Great location! Apartment was very clean and well equipped! Kids said they want to come back next year and I agree with them 😊. Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Fantastic place/host!

Our stay was fantastic! This was our third condo at A Place at the Beach and it was by far the best!! It was just as described and Natalie (the host) couldn’t have been better. She was kind, communicative, and helpful.

A Great Vacation

Great Getaway

Natalie was our host and she was awesome! She made our stay great with all the extra things she provided like beach chairs, towels and beach cart was a giant plus. The condo was even better in person, we all loved it and didnt want to leave. Will most definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation. Our family rented 4 units that were very close to each other. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was wonderful. She provided many items that made our stay more enjoyable. We would rent this unit again.

We LOVED our stay at Leg-A-Sea! Clean and comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we might need. Natalie went above and beyond by providing snacks...which we ate all of them! The view was beautiful! We hope to stay there again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Natalie was an amazing host and super quick to respond to questions. She thought of everything needed and more. Check in and out was very easy. The view every day was just what we needed. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay here again.

Great family fun!

From the start, everything was spectacular, Natalie, was so wonderful and pleasant, readily available for any questions; and the place, it was all perfect. Such a great amazing week we had! The beach was so big and beautiful. The view from the balcony amazing! Natalie went of her way to make sure we had a great week!! We will definitely be booking again and again!

Perfect beach vacation, perfect host!

The condo was not only spotless, it was equipped with everything a family could need for the perfect beach vacation. Natalie was an exemplary host from start to finish. She was communicative, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip. If we find ourselves in Atlantic Beach again, I will most certainly book with Natalie if possible! 5 star host and condo all the way!

End of Summer trip

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Condo. Natalie was an amazing host. She was so easy to communicate with and so nice. The snack box she provided was a huge hit especially the cookies. The Condo was well decorated, clean and comfortable. The view of the Ocean was great and we loved sitting on the deck. We hope to stay here again soon.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Natalie's Leg-a-Sea. The condo is just as described and made it the perfect place to unwind and destress. The place was spotless and inviting. Natalie's special little touches make you feel welcomed, giving her home that extra something special. She is a gracious host willing to help you find what you need to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable. We hope to stay there again.

Family Vacation

We cannot recommend Natalie’s Leg-A-Sea enough! She was very communicative the entire time, condo was spotless and filled with all the best amenities. High end appliances and all the beach gear you need. She provided us plenty of baby items we needed so we didn’t have to travel with them. A sweet gift basket was left for the whole family to enjoy. We had so much fun on the whole property!

Perfect for me and my mother

This property has been one of the best properties we have enjoyed at Atlantic Beach. This unit was so clean it felt comfortable enough to live like we do at home without fear if bugs or who was there last etc. The location is wonderful and the views of the dunes and the beach were just what we were hoping for. The pool was clean and enjoyable as well. The owner flawlessly communicates and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. I only hope we can enjoy this property again for next year. Thank you for a great week of rest.

Fantastic condo and location for families!

Wonderful vacation! The host was unbelievably caring too. She was so kind and provided a pack and play and high chair for our baby and even a birthday present for our daughter! Her contact with us was perfect and she made sure everything was going well. The condo was perfectly clean and comfortable, including the beds. The condo is stocked with literally everything your family needs for the beach so you don’t have to pack it all! The pool was so much fun for our preschooler and the beach was huge and not at all crowded. Absolutely book this rental! It exceeded all expectations!

Leg A Sea

The 2 Bedroom unit was clean and well stocked. We had a great view of the beach. The weather was not great part of the week. We used the indoor pool one day but it was not heated and was very cold. The outdoor pool opened on Wednesday but the weather the rest of the week did not cooperate. Overall we enjoyed our stay at A Place at the Beach and look forward to visiting again.

Crystal Coast Vacation

Our host, Natalie was awesome. Her condo “Leg-A-Sea”; at “A Place At The Beach” is beautiful, with great views of the ocean. 2Bdr 2Bath condo. The condo association has a beautiful large pool with a slide. They have an elevator and a nice long deck that extends all the way to the beach. The condo does have a flooding problem in the parking lot when it rains a lot (the 5-7” we got from the Remnants of Hurricane Idalia on Thursday), but the water and gunk was still there by Saturday morning, so the parking lot could use a make over with a couple of under pavement drains to drain water faster than letting the sun vaporize it. All-in-all a great relaxing stay on the Crystal Coast.

The quintessential vacation rental experience from begging to end!

I had the best customer experience one could hope for from begging to end. Natalie was warm and inviting and even welcomed us with a specially selected gift basket upon our arrival. A handwritten note was included which added that special touch. Everything was well organized ( really appreciated Natalie's teacher's touch) She left the guesswork out of it all. Her home is as beautiful as the pictures depict. She thought of everything; from the great decor, smart use of space and comfortable seating and bedding. Alexa was on site so I didn't have to unpack my portable speaker and Smart TVs were in the bedrooms and the living room ( didn't need to unpack my firestick). These amenities in addition to lamps with built-in USB ports, a perfect recliner, comfy throw blankets, and let's not forget a beachfront view just made this an unparalleled SOBX vacation for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home Natalie and we hope to secure 2 weeks next summer if our schedule permits. Warm Regards, Sandra & Sophie

Can we add more stars??

Our vacation at Leg-A-Sea was SUCH a great experience. First of all, we have stayed at many condos on Atlantic Beach and I have never had an owner interact with us as much as Natalie. From the time we booked the rental, she was communicating with me to make sure we were going to have everything we needed. She provided so many things that we would normally have to bring and that helped out so much. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach/pool towels, bags, mats and even a cooler! These condos are fairly small but I have never seen such perfect utilization of every nook and cranny. In many rentals, the owners don’t leave any space in the kitchen but there is plenty of room at Leg-A-Sea for your groceries and other stuff you bring. Natalie even had some dishwasher pods, trash bags and other paper products to get you started. I loved having the stackable washer/dryer in the unit so that I didn’t have to lug our clothes and towels to a laundry room. The beds were very comfy and the bedding was perfect for the beach. The bathrooms are very on trend and have plenty of towel racks to hang the soft, fluffy towels after use. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable and while the deck is tiny, there are two nice Adirondack stools to sit on and enjoy the incredible view. The path to the beach does not involve any stairs so the cart (that Natalie also provides) makes it easy to get your stuff down there. From the delightful personalized welcome basket to checking on us while we were there to wishing us safe travels home, Natalie made our vacation this year at Leg-A-Sea one of the best we have had. I would highly recommend!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

We had an amazing time at this property. The condo is well laid out and there is everything you need from a well equipped kitchen, comfortable common space and things to bring to the beach (e.g., beach chairs, bags, sand toys etc.). The view of the beach is also fantastic and the small balcony was nice to sit on. The property as a whole is also very family friendly. There is a quick walk to endless beach with warm water and lots of shells, a great pool and fun water slide. We also took time to enjoy the small mini putt course. Natalie was a fantastic host and left a small gift basket for our arrival which was a lovely surprise (she even had some special activities for our daughter which made her so happy!). This was a wonderful place for a family summer vacation and is highly recommended!
