🔑 Check In:
Welcome to your A-Chalet property. You will receive the self access code before your stay for a seamless check in

🐶 Pet Policy:
$75 pet fee per reservation (max 2 dogs).
Please follow the following guidelines with your furry friends:
- Please keep dogs off furniture and beds at all times.
- Keep your pet in a crate if you leave the premises.
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Please note: There are no cats allowed. Thanks for understanding.

🗑 Trash:
All trash must be bagged up and taken offsite to the free trash site located at:
- Clean Bear Site #1 at 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or
- Clean Bear Site #2 at 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
Please note: A fee may apply per trash bag that is left behind.

🔥 Fireplace:
There is one gas fireplace in the main living room. No wood needed.

🌡Thermostat:
Set to desired temperature during your stay.
Please set at 60°F upon check out.

🧖‍♀️ Spa:
Rinse off before using hot tub to prevent oil build up
Please keep the spa securely covered and clipped when not in use
- Please note, fees may apply for a dump & fill if the spa is left excessively murky.

❄️ Snow Removal:
Shovel and salt are provided. Please use it accordingly.
Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.

🍽 Kitchen Cleanup:
Please wash and put away dishes that you use during your stay. Upon check out, please fill and run the dishwasher. Thank you!

♨️ BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ. Fees may apply if this is not done.
