Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, taxis, or rental cars are easy to use. Miami Airport: 25 min | Port of Miami: 20 min | Brickell/Downtown: 15–20 min. Prefer not to drive? The South Beach trolley stops outside, giving you access to the beach, dining, and shops.

The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Registration through the Charge Automation link is mandatory and is required prior to check-in. The smart lock door code will only be provided once the security deposit has been authorized and the pre-check-in process has been completed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in eviction and additional cleaning fees.

There is no onsite parking. Street parking is available in the area on a first come first served basis. Guests are responsible for finding their own parking, reading all posted signs, and paying the meter according to local regulations.

Shared washer and dryer facilities are available on-site for guest use and are in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. You can access the laundry room using the same code assigned to your room.
