About This Space

Welcome to our second chapter, a home thoughtfully designed with comfort, ease, and relaxation in mind. Whether you’re here for a Disney getaway, family time, or simply to unwind, we hope this space feels like a place where you can truly settle in and enjoy.

This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, offering plenty of room for families and groups. For added convenience, there is one bedroom and a full bathroom on the main level, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms along with a loft area designed for relaxation and fun. The loft includes a TV, seating area, and a pull-out twin sofa, perfect for movie nights, board games, or a comfortable hangout space for kids.

The kids’ room is a fun retreat of its own, complete with an Xbox for entertainment, giving younger guests their own space to enjoy, while the adults get a chance to relax as well.

The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen with all major essentials, along with a dining area perfect for gathering and sharing meals together.

Step outside to enjoy your private splash/cocktail pool, a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

To help you settle in, we’ve added a few thoughtful touches, a small welcome bag for the kids, and a bottle of wine for the adults to enjoy as you ease into your stay.

For a little extra fun, there’s also a Ninja Slushi machine available for adult use only, because vacations should include moments to relax and indulge.

We’ve created this home with intention, so you can slow down, recharge, and truly enjoy the time you’ve worked hard to plan.

Guest access

Upon arrival, you will receive a temporary gate code to the Villa Domani gated community, a code to access the home security system, as well as access codes to the Community Clubhouse.
I know there are a lot of things to remember, but not to worry, as our property manager Terry, has also written to us information down for your convenience. :)

Other things to note

Private Pool & Resort Amenities:

Your stay includes access to a private splash/cocktail (8’x5’)pool located on the property. The area of the home is an inviting space designed for relaxation, quiet mornings, or unwinding after a day at the parks.

For added comfort, pool heating is available upon request for $35 per day. We recommend requesting this in advance so your pool is perfectly prepared for your arrival.

Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the community resort clubhouse, offering a selection of amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, business/work lounge, lounge seating areas, billiards, and outdoor grilling spaces.

Charcoal grilling stations are available within the community at no additional charge. We charge a one-time fee of $35 , for those wanting to utilize our private gas grill . There is also an additional fee of $15 for cleaning of the grill. Guest will be responsible for any additional tanks of propane, upon request.

To help preserve the quality and experience of these shared spaces, we kindly ask guests to return any items used to their proper place and leave all areas tidy after use.
For safety and peace of mind, the clubhouse is monitored by security cameras. Children should always be supervised in all pool and amenity areas.

The clubhouse operates on a secure access system and is available daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Access is restricted outside of these hours.

We appreciate your care and consideration in helping maintain a relaxing, resort-style environment for all guests.

Lastly, and most importantly, we love hosting and hope you enjoy staying in our home. We’re committed to providing a comfortable experience for both our guests and our community. Please note that our home is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. We’re located in a quiet residential area, and disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

For everyone’s safety, the property is monitored, and any violations of these guidelines, including unauthorized gatherings, will be reported to local authorities. If this policy is violated, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund.
