Welcome to the Pink Flamingo Villa's located on the quite & more exclusive West Side of PCB! This is a top floor townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms! Easy 5 min walk to the beach (Public Access 92) and a 10 min drive to Pier Park there is so much for you & your group to do! The townhouse is NEWLY updated & designed for fun and entertainment! Pool table & Arcade games for everyone to enjoy after a fun day in the sun! Shared backyard with fire pit & grill. Pets welcomed upon approval!

The house is stocked with the following starter supplies for your arrival:
- Toilet paper
- Paper towels
- Trash bags
Please make sure you stop by one of the many grocery stores on your way in to stock up on these essential supplies as there is just enough to get you started only. Theres an Aldis & Publix right down the road and Walmart Supercenter is a 15 min drive away.

★BEDROOMS★

There are 3 cozy bedrooms for you and your group to relax in after a day in the sun!

1 King Master bedroom & 2 Queen Bedrooms

The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

★BATHROOMS★

1 Full bathroom located in between the bedrooms just off the kitchen. The Master King bedroom has a private half bathroom connected to it. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, wash clothes, hand soap, and toilet paper. Please remember to bring other toiletries and enough extra supplies for your stay!

★KITCHEN/DINING ROOM★

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need for making meals for the whole group: a toaster, can opener, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. There’s lots of counter & cabinet space. The dining room table also has room to seat 6 plus the breakfast bar has 3 chairs.

★LIVING ROOM★

Right off the dining room you'll find the living room which backs up to the ocean side! Here you'll also find a Pool Table, an Arcade Game System (Street Fighter), and a ton of board and card games. It also has its own door leading out to the side deck where you can sit and listen to the ocean waves.

★OUTSIDE SPACE★

Right downstairs is the SHARED backyard. This space will be shared with the downstairs townhouse. The patio area has a table with 4 chairs and a Charcoal Grill (Bring your own charcoal) for grilling out. There is also a fire pit with 6 chairs you're welcome to enjoy. Please note that our quite hours are from 10pm-7am. Use of the backyard during those quite hours will be limited when both levels of the townhouse are rented. We ask that you're considerate of this shared space when staying with us.
There is also a shared outdoor shower area for use when coming back from the beach!

PARKING: Driveway can fit 2 vehicles max!

KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause the HVAC system to freeze over and cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks with condensation build-up.

BUGS
Florida is a tropical state with many large flying bugs & beetles. Although our home is maintained by a professional pest control service, you may still come across these bugs during your stay with us, especially the Asian Cockroach or Palmetto Bugs. They are very common for the area. But please do not be alarmed, these bugs are not harmful and die quickly inside the home. Keep all external doors and windows always closed to minimize your exposure to these bugs (and to keep the air-conditioning inside).

☀No Parties or Large Gatherings outside of the max occupancy of 6
☀Pets are welcome with Approval before booking only!
☀ NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed inside.
☀ Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted.
☀ No 3rd party bookings. The person booking the reservation MUST be staying at the house. We do not allow you to book for someone else to stay. Breaking this rule will be cause for immediate cancellation.
☀The townhouse comfortably accommodates 6 guests max. If more then 6 guests stay at the house there will be a $75/per person charge added to the booking.
☀A top floor townhouse means you will have to climb a set of stairs to get to the entrance door.
☀ Please note that its possible that you will hear normal noise from the downstairs unit when other guests are present.

While we have a professional pest control company that services our house, there still will be the opportunity for pests to be on the property. Please notify us immediately if any issues should arise.

- Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. Its always a good idea to buy travel insurance especially during hurricane season.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras that are capable of recording video and audio.

Audio video Cameras (Ring) view the driveway and front door area & are exterior facing only.
