This adorable two bedroom cottage with one bath, sleeps six, 1/2 block from dedicated beach in Laguna Beach with gulf view. Great backyard with grill and picnic table for cookouts. Outside shower for quick clean-up after a day at the beach.

Thomas's Donut shop and the Carousel Grocery Store are only a couple of blocks away for your convenience. Pier Park is only a few minutes away, restaurants include Panera Bread, Back Porch and lots of great stores. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am unless prior arrangements have been made. Cancellation - none after a 1 week and no refund on deposit. Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

Be careful with this listing

This property has been the most disappointing accomodation we have stayed in using vrbo. The biggest red flag we missed is that there were only 6 pictures and none of them showed the things that were misleading. There was also misleading information that should have been made clearer in the listing. In order to see the gulf you have to be standing in the street as the water is half a block away. The inside shower is barely large enough to stand in with pipes feeding the shower exposed so you can touch the hot pipe. The outdoor shower is exposed so neighbors can watch you. The washer and dryer are located in a separate building outside the main house. There is no swing on the porch as shown in one of the pictures. Overall would not stay here again.

Excellent little place, close to beach.

2nd time staying here. Great location, walked to Thomas donuts 3x. It fit our needs perfectly. 2 adults and 2 kids (age 9&12).

Peaceful Stay

This older, vintage cottage has been properly maintained and had everything to offer for a peaceful break from reality. From the screened-in front porch to the private backyard, the exterior spaces offered plenty of solitude. The inside had just as much to offer—the comfortable queen size bed in the master and the bunks in the other bedroom. The shared bathroom had a small shower but the water pressure was outstanding. Every area of the house was clean and had plenty of supplies—from kitchen necessities to beach towels and anything in between. It was only a half block walk to beach and the neighborhood was quiet day or night. My adult son, his friend and I had a wonderful stay at this rental. We will definitely be renting this little jewel again, hopefully for a longer amount of time. Thank you for sharing this lovely property!

Wonderful!

We pulled up to this home, and all thought this was the most precious home! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, has a big backyard that is fenced in, 2 outdoor showers plus a front screened in porch. It’s perfect. Very spacious inside and comfortable. Bunk beds in second bedroom fit my 6’2 son. That was a big plus. I believe there was no oven, so plan for that. We ate out and then made sandwiches and things. So no big deal for us. Also, only 4 houses back off Front beach Rd. Very easy walk even for my 2yr old. Great stay! We’ll be back!

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Only a short walk straight to the beach! Was very convenient to have a little grocery store and donut shop within walking distance! Wonderful place to make memories! Also it is down from all the commotion of the pier and not so crowded! ❤️❤️❤️

Great Location!

This rental was clean and in a perfect location for our family. The beach is so close, and Thomas's Donuts and Carousel Market are just down the street. It has a big back yard and a wonderful screened in front porch that we used constantly. The house is small, but it has everything you need. I would definitely stay again!

Best House Ever

This by far was my favorite house in Laguna Beach area. It was clean, the screen front porch was wonderful with a cool breeze, the fenced in backyard was private and the porch and sitting area was great for a picnic and kids to play. I liked everything about this house.

Outside shower is a MUST

The property was clean and well stocked for all our needs. The grocery store and treat shop were both within walking distance. The enclosed outside showed is great with both hot and cold water and a very roomy enclosure. There is also a rinse shower just outside the back door along with a hose to rinse your toys. A/C is very cold. Comfy bed in the bedroom. We did not utilize the bunk beds so I can't comment on those other than they are very cute and sturdy. We were very close to the beach without the beach traffic. Great communication. We are definitely planning on returning.

Seabiscuit was near perfect for my family of four. Location was great. There was a restaurant & grocery store within walking distance. The beach was approximately a block away. My only suggestion would be having a little more comfy furniture in the living room to relax comfortably after a long day at the beach.

Perfect little getaway

Seabiscuit was perfect for my family's short getaway. It's just a short walk away from the beach, and conveniently located between Thomas Donut shop and Carousel grocery/ liquor/ gift shop. The property manager was available at all times and ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time staying here!! The house was perfect for me, my mother and two teens. The house had everything we needed including plenty of trash bags, paper towels and dishwasher tabs. We spent a lot of time on the front porch enjoying the breeze listening to the waves. Super short walk to the beach, the Carousel and Thomas’s Donuts. We will definitely be back!

Much needed rest!

Sea biscuit was a nice clean and cozy little cottage very close to the beach about a 500ft walk! My only complaint was the very tiny shower I could barely move(my elbow was scratched on one of the faucets and it bleed) and the outside laundry room! My husband was soaked! It stormed our second day I washed towels he had to go outside in the rain to get them. But we enjoyed our over all stay! If those two items were updated I would definitely stay again!

Sweet Cottage almost on the beach

We just arrived back home from a few days here! Our original plans were a 3 bed 3 bathroom on the beach, but after two cancellations we ended up here. I was nervous to have 4 adults and 2 two year olds in a smaller home but it ended up being perfect! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver! I would say the home is best suited for 1 family with child ages 3+. Simply because of the bunk ladders and harder to open doors. One thing we greatly appreciated was the amount of towels provided! A small thing, but they were used!! The backyard and front porch were used almost as much as the beach! We really enjoyed being able to sit outside during naps and at night! Short walk to the beach, even with littles! And only 12 minutes from 30A!! I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic find. Great location.

The house was exactly as described. Very clean. The outside shower is absolutely fantastic! Completely enclosed so you can scrub all the sand off, just remember to take a towel or robe to walk back to the house.

Great little cottage

When we arrived Ronnie was there just finishing up cleaning! The cottage smelled wonderful! Lovely place to stay. Very clean, very close to the beach and in a very good location to go shopping! You’ll love the SeaBiscuit Cottage for a fun vacation!

We had a blast at the Seabiscuit! Just a short walk to the beach which was not terribly crowded especially for June! We loved the personal details in the home and the family photos throughout the house! Met the man who cares for the property who have us a little history! Will definitely be back!
