It is not a party house or a high-traffic rental, and the neighborhood reflects that.


𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.

• Trailer parking is allowed at this property, provided it is parked safely within the designated area.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• This gives us time to prepare the property for our next guests—thank you for your understanding!


Guests & Quiet Hours
• Maximum Guests: 6 people
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood with working families, so we kindly ask you to keep
noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.


Parking
• Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway
• Garage is available for a vehicle or motorcycles
• Trailers are allowed for overnight parking - the driveway is over 30ft in length.
• No street parking is allowed


No Smoking Policy
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• Why? We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all our guests.
• If smoking is detected, a $250 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
• Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens.
• Air purification to eliminate odors.
• Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state.
• Thank you for helping us keep the property fresh for everyone!


Trash & Recycling
• Trash Pick-Up: Monday & Thursday
• Recycling Pick-Up: Thursday only
• Please place your trash and recycling in the provided bins and set them at the curb the night before
pick-up. Don’t forget to return the bins after collection!


Furniture
• Feel free to rearrange furniture inside the house to suit your needs.
• Just be sure to return it to its original spot before you check out—thank you for helping us keep
everything organized!


Additional Notes
• Damages or Violations: To ensure the best experience for everyone, violations of these guidelines
may result in the termination of your reservation, with all payments forfeited.
• Neighborhood Etiquette: Let’s keep the charm of our lovely neighborhood intact. Please avoid
loud noise or disruptions during your stay.
