Serene 3-bedroom country house perfect for a relaxing Boulder Creek getaway

Your home away from home in Boulder Creek area with 3 bedrooms. This terrific country house features a king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a restful night. Guests can freshen up in any of the three bathrooms, each equipped with a shower. Need to catch up on work or relax? The upstairs loft offers two futons for extra comfort as well as a separate office area on the main floor. With heating and AC, the house stays nice and cozy no matter the season. Enjoy all that Boulder Creek has to offer when you stay at our place. This location is 7 miles north of Boulder Creek on one of the roads leading to Big Basin State Park. Hiking and equestrian trails are on the property. The area is very remote so smoking or outside fires are not permitted anywhere in this area. Private road is still being repaired so an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Many people hike these trails. The Sky to the Sea Trail crosses the property which will take you into the park. You can drive to Felton which is about 14 miles to the south and take the steam train into Santa Cruz or just spend a day at the beach. The closest grocery and pharmacy is in the town of Boulder Creek so you need to do any grocery shopping on the way in. We lived on the property for 35 years before the CZU fire burned down the original house. This house is a new rebuild that has only been used by family. It is completely turn key with all kitchen appliances, dishes, cooking utensils etc. The TV is a 75" smart TV. The TV reception and internet reception are via Starlink. We love spending time there but will only rent during the summer months as the winter makes driving the roads in the mountains difficult at times.
