The chef’s kitchen features new appliances, quartz surfaces, and an expansive island that invites connection over fine meals and conversation. With a freezer and a fully stocked kitchen, the home allows easy access to host a wonderful meal or gather for cocktail hour before dinner reservations.

Dining Area:
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a beautiful wood table with seating for eight. Skylights add a touch of elegance to the space, allowing viewers to see the stars or the moon at night or while gathering around the fire.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
King Suite 1 (3rd floor): The crown jewel of the home, this luxurious suite features a plush king bed, a sleek gas fireplace, private deck and a Smart TV. The spa-inspired en suite bathroom offers dual vanities with under-cabinet lighting, and an oversized walk in glass shower.

King Suite 2 (1st floor): On the entry level of the home, the secondary suite offers a King bed with premium linens and the most privacy in the home. The elegant en suite bathroom features a spacious stone and glass-enclosed shower, a stone countertop vanity, and a spacious glass-enclosed shower.

Queen Suite 3 (4th floor): Thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, this chic suite includes a pullout queen sofa bed, a Smart TV, a fireplace and warm modern finishes. This room is commonly used by young adults or children as its access is directly next to the top floor deck with the hot tub and Apres lounge area. There is a game table perfect for fun family time and movies. Playful yet elegant, it’s designed with both comfort and fun in mind.

Bunk Room 4 (3rd floor): Perfect for families or friends, this stylish bunk room includes a custom queen over twin bunk bed with plenty of room to sleep a queen air mattress as well. The shared bathroom features a stone vanity and a full glass walk-in shower.

Outdoor Space:
There are private decks/balconies on each level with seating and spectacular mountain views. Guests can relax in the private hot tub or gather around the fire or on cushioned patio furniture. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails.

Electronics:
The home is equipped with Smart TVs providing premium entertainment throughout.
Wireless Internet: Guests can enjoy free high-speed WiFi for all their connectivity needs.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the lower-level laundry room. Detergent included.
Parking: The property includes a heated two-car garage. Street parking is not permitted.

General House Etiquette
Please treat the home with care and respect throughout your stay.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with community policy.
Smoking, vaping, parties, or unauthorized events are not permitted.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Occupancy
Your confirmed reservation reflects the total number of guests permitted to stay in the home. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

Local Ordinance and HOA Compliance
Guests must adhere to all HOA regulations and Summit County ordinances, including those related to parking, occupancy, and noise. Any violation of local laws or community rules may result in removal from the property and forfeiture of all payments.

Pet Policy
At this time, we are unable to accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding as we preserve the home’s condition for all guests. A $500 fine will be applied for any violation of this policy.

Parking
Parking is available in the garage and in overflow areas located in three designated sections of the community, as shown on the parking map in your guide. Parking on the driveway or street is prohibited, and vehicles in violation may be subject to towing or HOA fines.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available upon request for an additional fee and must be confirmed in advance. Before departure, please:
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and fireplaces. Ensure all windows and doors are locked. Follow check-out instructions, return items to their original places, and dispose of trash properly.

Key Fobs and Garage Remotes
A $150 fee will apply for any lost key fob or garage remote to cover replacement and reprogramming. At check-out, please return garage remotes on the kitchen counter.

Internet and Streaming
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please note that service may occasionally experience interruptions beyond our control. We are not responsible for outages, disruptions, or third-party service delays. Guests are asked to log out of all personal streaming accounts prior to departure.

Fireplaces
Fireplaces operate by wall switch or remote control. Please turn them off when not in use and never leave them unattended. Do not place any items or materials near the fireplace, and do not use it for cooking or burning wood.

Trash and Recycling
Trash and recycling bins are located inside the garage. Please place all waste in the designated containers. Our team will handle curbside collection and return bins after pickup. Do not leave trash or recycling outside or in shared hallways.

Balconies and Patios
To maintain the appearance of the community, please do not hang towels, clothing, or decorations from balconies or railings. Personal items such as skis, bikes, and toys should be stored indoors.

Outdoor Amenities and Care
Gas Grill: Turn off all burners and the propane valve after use. Once cooled, replace the cover.
Patio Furniture: Return cushions and covers to their proper places and secure furniture covers.
Hot Tub: Close and latch the cover when not in use. For safety, please do not use glassware in or near the spa.

Snow and Seasonal Notes
Snow removal is provided during the winter months. Please keep driveways and garage access clear to allow plow service. Use caution on walkways and stairs, as conditions may change quickly.

Safety and Security
Please do not alter or disable locks, alarm systems, or security devices. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your protection and must not be unplugged or tampered with.

Railings, Windows, and Bunk Beds
Do not lean or climb on railings or window ledges. Children should be supervised when near balconies or open windows. Do not remove window screens or alter safety locks. Top bunks are not suitable for children under six years of age. Please use ladders carefully and under supervision.

Maintenance and Access
Authorized staff may enter the garage or exterior areas for trash removal, snow service, or emergency maintenance. Guests will be notified whenever possible before access.

Hot Tub and Outdoor Use
Use of the hot tub, grill, and outdoor areas is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised, and glass containers are not permitted in these areas.

Mountain Environment
Wildlife may be present in the area.
