The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are very important to us. We follow a thorough cleaning and disinfection process after every check-out to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.



Please note, in case of a cancellation refund, a 3% processing fee will be deducted.



Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the neighbouring unit, which is also managed by us.



Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please be mindful of noise during this time.



We provide a starter pack of essentials per stay (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.), but for longer stays, additional supplies will be the guest’s responsibility.



For security, there is an exterior camera at the property. There are no cameras inside the home.



EV charger is in 1 unit, the other unit has an outlet but no charger

●All guests must park only in the designated carport or the paved driveway directly in front of the unit.

●Do not park in the neighbouring unit’s driveway or carport, these are private and reserved for their guests.

●Do not park in the adjacent sand lot, it is private property.

●Do not park on the gravel areas between units.

●Do not park on the street, street parking is prohibited in Carolina Beach unless explicitly posted otherwise.



**TOWING IS STRONGLY ENFORCED**



You will be responsible for all costs and damages incurred if your car is towed.
