The Space
This one-of-a-kind Palm Springs retreat blends playful design with functional comfort, making it an ideal setting for birthdays, bachelorette trips, and relaxed desert escapes. Inside, the home is styled with bold floral wallpaper and pink accents, creating a bright, energetic atmosphere that feels both curated and inviting. The open living area is designed for gathering—whether you're enjoying conversation, games, or a movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, featuring modern appliances and a Keurig coffee machine stocked with coffee, tea, and essentials. Smart home features, including a Nest thermostat, ensure the home stays comfortable year-round.

Additional conveniences include in-home laundry, garage parking for one vehicle, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay seamless.

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 (Primary): Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin trundle bed (best suited for children or additional guests)

Outdoor Living
The backyard is built for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy multiple lounging areas including six chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas for shade, a sectional sofa, and a fire pit for evenings under the stars. The space is thoughtfully landscaped with desert elements, paved walkways, and fun features like egg hammock chairs and cornhole. An outdoor dining table for six and propane BBQ make it easy to cook and dine outside.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Location
Located in the Tram View Heights neighborhood of Palm Springs, this home sits in an area experiencing ongoing growth and redevelopment. The neighborhood reflects a more transitional, evolving side of the city compared to some of the more established resort areas. You may notice a mix of residential styles and varying levels of upkeep, which is common in this part of Palm Springs. Like many areas throughout the city, there may also be a visible unhoused population in certain nearby areas.

That said, the property itself is private, fully enclosed, and designed to offer a comfortable and relaxed environment for your stay. Most guests spend their time enjoying the home's amenities or heading just 10–15 minutes to Downtown Palm Springs for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Due to limited sidewalks and the overall layout of the neighborhood, this area is better suited for guests planning to drive rather than walk extensively.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fees (up to 1 dog/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
• Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
