Welcome to your private island retreat, a newly built modern villa designed for comfort and relaxation. The home features a spacious open concept layout with 11 ft ceilings. The villa includes two bedrooms both with TVs. Enjoy your private pool, shaded pergola, lounge areas, outdoor shower, and BBQ. Multiple spaces are designed for relaxing, dining, or working. Located in Turtle Beach, between West End and West Bay, you’re a 3-minute walk to a quiet beach, with restaurants and dive shops nearby.

This newly built tropical villa offers a seamless blend of modern comfort and lush island living. Designed on a single level for easy flow, the space features soaring 11-foot ceilings and an open-concept layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas—creating a bright, airy atmosphere throughout.

At the heart of the home, a private courtyard filled with tropical plants surrounds a cozy pool and sunbeds, offering a secluded space to relax and unwind. The master bedroom opens directly onto this garden oasis, while the second bedroom leads to a peaceful back terrace with a pergola—perfect for quiet mornings or evening downtime.

Both bedrooms feature king-size beds with premium hotel-grade linens, along with their own TVs (55”), while the living room includes a large 75” TV and comfortable seating. The villa is fully air-conditioned, with powerful units in each room and the main living space, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to cook and entertain. A washer and dryer are also available for free for added convenience.

Guests will find everything they need for a carefree stay, with high-quality towels, toiletries, and thoughtful extras provided throughout.

Modern, stylish, and brand new, this villa is designed to offer both comfort and privacy in a beautifully curated tropical setting.

Optional airport shuttle available for $40 (not included in the reservation price). Your driver will meet you at the airport with a sign, stop at a local grocery store so you can pick up essentials, then take you directly to the villa.

Another option is to rent a car that usually cost around 50$ a day, we can help arrange this too.

Electricity on the island is privately produced and limited, so we ask guests to use it thoughtfully. Your reservation includes $30 USD per day of electricity usage, which is typically enough for normal vacation needs, including regular air conditioning use.

Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the villa and avoid running unused units. Usage above the daily allowance will be charged at $0.40 USD per kWh.Thank you for helping preserve the island’s resources.
