With an elevator, very plush,comfortable beds, ample gathering space, and a central location near dining and attractions, it’s the perfect coastal getaway for all ages!

Enjoy the perfect Surf City beach getaway ideally tucked between the sound and the ocean, offering the best of coastal living and convenience. This spacious, family-friendly and pet friendly home is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring deeded beach access just moments away, making it easy to enjoy long days in the sun and sand.
The home includes bikes for exploring the island, an outdoor shower for easy clean-up after the beach, and an elevator to the main floor for added comfort and accessibility. Guests will love the ample parking, making it easy for multiple families or groups to gather.
This perfectly located home, built in 2020 on a family friendly street in Surf City, is just steps to a private beach access, with balconys from every floor, LVP flooring throughout (NO CARPET!), and an outdoor shower.
Entertainment options abound with a PING PONG TABLE, BASKETBALL HOOP, and streaming TV's in each room, providing fun for guests of all ages. Whether you're enjoying friendly competition, relaxing on the porch, biking to grab lunch, or heading out for a beach day, this home offers something for everyone.
