Step inside to discover a bright, open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together—ideal for gathering after a sun-filled beach day. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers modern finishes, plenty of counter space, a slow cooker, blender, food processor, rice cooker, baking dishes, full-size coffee pot, single serve machine, and much more! The large dining table seats 10 guests, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter so everyone has a place at the table.

This home comfortably accommodates guests with five beautifully appointed bedrooms:

• Accessible Full Suite – Located on the lower level. Full sized bed with private balcony and ensuite bathroom featuring a roll-in shower and roll-under vanity, designed with accessibility in mind.
• King Suite – Located on the lower level. Spacious king bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
• Queen Bedroom #1 – Located on the middle level. Cozy queen room sharing a full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• Queen Bedroom #2 – Located on the middle level. Another comfortable queen room sharing the hall bath.
• Primary King Suite – Located on the middle level. A luxurious king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a long beach day.

Please note, we do not provide beach towels, so please plan accordingly.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

We also provide our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week-long stay.

HOUSE RULES:

**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises**
**Absolutely NO smoking or vaping allowed**
