The Space:

Listen to the waves crash onto the shore as you dine outside on the balcony of this three-bedroom condo at the oceanfront Meridian. Positioned on the side of the east tower, this condo features a view of the ocean, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, free WiFi throughout, and a private washer/dryer to take care of all your laundry needs.



On the grounds of the oceanfront Meridian, enjoy access to a large, seasonal outdoor pool and the beach right downstairs. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be just about a block from the Ocean City Tennis Center and the Assawoman Bay Bridge and within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, and every convenience you could want or need.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We had a great stay at the Meridian. The elevator code can be a little confusing- but the condo was amazing.

The unit has a great balcony and beach view as well as easy beach access. The condo was very clean, well furnished and well equipped. The entire building is well maintained.

Nice condo next to beach

Stayed here 2 times now, very nice place. Needs to be cleaned better and beds replaced but everything else was great.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and each room was large with it's own bathroom. We had easy access to the beach, pool, gym, parking. We will come again!

Great week at the beach

We had a wonderful week with the beach right outside our door. The unit was comfortable with everything we needed and restaurants were a short walking distance away. We look forward to renting again next summer.

Great, the best in many years!!

Once we stepped foot into the condo, the wide open hallway made me very pleased! Beautiful and open unit! All the beds were comfy, linens provided was an extra bonus. Plenty of plateware , utensils and pot/pans. The three full bathrooms all wonderful. The Laundry room was awesome! Beach was fantastic. The pool was always clean and almost never crowded. I was caught off gaurs with the pool being in a different building but got over that pretty quickly. Looking forward to next year!!

Spacious and nicely decorated condo!

305 is a beautifully decorated and spacious condo steps from the sand and very close to the elevator. The wifi was strong at all times which was appreciated. Flat screens TVs in all 3 bedrooms and living room (we only used the queen bedroom and living room tvs and both worked perfectly). All 3 bedrooms had attached baths which we loved. Cabinets were well stocked with dishes and cooking items as well as some extra trash bags, dish soap, and other incidentals (we replaced what we used). The only issues were the sofas in the living room have seen better days. We sank into and them and could barely get out. They're not comfortable at all. The room key is tricky but we figured it out. These are not deal breakers in any way, just worth mentioning. We had a great time and definitely would stay again!

Lovely place, Vacasa is terrible

The condo itself was lovely. They had extra soap, laundry soap, coffee, etc. The soaking tub was a hit! It is so big and nice. The condo is very spacious. We loved the big deck and that you could see the ocean from there. I was very disappointed with Vacasa though. I had asked multiple times before booking if the pool on site would be open and if it was heated. I was reassured multiple times that it would be both open and heated. When we arrived the pool was empty. Obviously, we were very disappointed so I reached out to Vacasa. They took a very long time to respond, and even though their personnel had lied to me, finally responded that they would do nothing to fix their error. I had expected at least a small discount since we booked this more expensive condo under the impression that the pool would be available for use.

Unfortunately, the pool is only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We are so incredibly sorry for the misunderstanding and inconvenience you experienced. We will absolutely use this as a learning experience and we hope to have the opportunity to impress you again very soon!

Nice condo close to everything.

We had a nice stay at the condo. It was all updated and new, but dirty. We just wore our sandals all the time bc the floors were yucky on the bottom of our feet. We did sweep up and wiped down bathrooms bc the master bathroom toilet had something all over the seat. You can NOT check in before 4. Dont bother to try. The linens are included, but thats not clear on the listing. The master bedroom curtains are damaged and we did let the main office know. Someone came and didnt fix those blinds, but they did fix the livingroom ones. IMPORTANTLY the bedrooms of 305E are switched around. The queen bed has the common bathroom and the bunk bed room has the private bathroom. We thought the kids room would have the common bathroom and it caused a fuss with one of our party. The main office will provide you with whatever you need or ask for without issue.

STAY AWAY. NO A/C. NO SUPPORT.

Stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend Friday-Tuesday. A/C did not work from the second we walked in the place and presented a message of "System Malfunction Call Technician" on the thermostat. I immediately contacted Vacasa and told them about the situation. They said they would submit a ticket and have a tech come out to address it. Went about our day on Friday and when we returned back it was obviously not fixed. Spent the next 3 days calling Vacasa 2-3 times a day to figure out when someone was going to come out. Every time I was given the same BS response of "a ticket has been submitted, and someone will reach out to you". The whole trip goes by and not a single call back from Vacasa, and noone ever came out to look at the unit. The weather that weekend was extremely humid with passing rain and fog. This resulted in all the carpet, beds, and luggage becoming damp from the moisture in the condo due to needing to keep the windows/doors open to get any breeze in the place. STILL have not been able to get in touch with management at Vacasa. Worst vacation experience i've ever had. DO NOT STAY AT THIS UNIT. DO NOT BOOK A UNIT THAT VACASA MANAGES.
