The Space:

Sea breezes and sunshine abound at this beachfront condo! Spend carefree days at the shore or on-site, taking advantage of one of the many attractive resort features. Local shopping, dining, entertainment, and attractions are within easy walking distance. Dressed in bright, coastal tones, the sunny, open floor plan offers a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day. Planning at-home meals for your stay is easy with the well-equipped, full kitchen. Everyone can stay connected with free WiFi. TVs in the living room and primary bedroom provide household entertainment. Enjoy sunrise and golden hour cocktails on the private, ocean-view balcony. SEA WATCH AMENITIES -Indoor pool -Outdoor pool -Game room -Tennis court -Basketball court THINGS TO KNOW Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place to stay, perfect location. Everything was nice and clean in the condo we have no complaints with that at all. The one compound do have is that the Change of hands with the property management company. I book through VRBO, to be handed off to Vacasa (which I had to download an app) and in the middle of our stay it’s switched hands to vuestay. I no longer had access to the Vacasa app for the stay any more. It was a little confusing and frustrating. I would stay there again but why the change of hands in the middle of a stay? To the owners lovely place and look forward to coming back next year!

Great place!

My family really enjoyed this place. The condo was great for all of us. The stuff Sea Watch offers is fantastic for all the different age groups in my family. Easy access to the beach. I recommend this place!

Really Impressed!

This was an excellent stay. The condo was tidy and comfortable. The property was terrific, so many fun things to do.Vacasa was lovely to deal with. Very nice employees on site, from the guards to the housekeeping staff.We hope to return soon.

Three bedrooms are great - beds were comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower. I have MS and was easy to get in and out. Would recommend this rental. Like the check in and out.

Girls getaways

We love the Sea Watch. So many amenities. Parking security is A 1. Check-in with Vacasa was courteous and efficient. 519 was adequately furnished to meet our needs. No problems during our stay.

Nice place!

The condo met our expectations in every way. It fit us perfectly for a weekend getaway. A couple things to consider. There was no toilet paper and the site says toilet paper is included. 7-11 wasn't far away. There were only two coffee cups, but the condo holds up to 9 people. Other than those, it's a nice place.

Great place for families

The condo was inviting and felt like home. Great view of the beach from the spacious balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed for family breakfast and dinners. Bedding was very nice quality. The amenities were amazing! The kids had a different experience every night without leaving the grounds. A game of basketball, volleyball or tennis, with an extremely nice park. The pools were clean. There were fires on the beach one night, fireworks in two different directions another night, movie theater was fun and we brought our own popcorn, candy and soda. Spent one night in the arcade and one of the kids won out of the prize machine. My husband and I enjoyed the sauna. The my place restaurant wasn't over priced for pizza and subs. Grocery store 2 blocks away, dairy queen, tj maxx, liquor store and sunsation was across the street. We will be back!

Great Surprise

Everything we wanted.Nice Ocean View. Many Activities for the kids.Nice beach access.Everything was clean.I didn’t care for the way you had to enter the condo with a slew of numbers to remember.The pools were cold and they were supposed to be heated but it was a cold week It was defenitely not for handicapped people. There were no hand rails in the shower at all and the toilets were very low and no handrails there either.All in all it was a nice vacation

Not very pleased

The check in process was not clear and then we had an unexpected parking fees, which had to be cash of $100 for two vehicles. The parking folks were rude during the check in process. Then once we got to our room it was dirty. The floors covered in sand and filth. Hair all over the bathroom walls, which grossed us out. We made a complaint immediately and the maintenance did offer to come and reclean. Also two tv’s in the living room and master bedroom did not have any type of cable and we had to watch UTube for our entire stay. Multiple lamps throughout the condo did not work. The outside doors were extremely hard to use and the one in the living room locked you out once you got outside, so you had to come through the master bedroom. Lastly, while in the pool we were told that my 5 1/2 month grandson was not allowed in the pool even with a swimmy. We were told this was in their rules, which we read later that night and found that this was not stated, as we were told. We paid a lot of money to stay there and we travel to OC a lot. This was our first time staying at the Sea Watch and we will not be back nor would we ever refer anyone to this property.

Nice place, questionable service from Vacasa/Property Management

The unit itself was nice, clean, and in a great location, however Vacasa’s service is not the best. I will also say that we took a chance renting this place since this unit had no reviews yet - so I’ll attribute the service problems to growing pains. First, the check-in process was iffy. We arrived right at the check in time (4pm) and I hadn’t received instructions from Vacasa on how to check in. So I called the 1-800 number and they told me that I had to go to the property management office on site to get the key. Luckily it was right on site and the managers were very nice, but the office closed at 5pm. So that only gives you an hour time frame to check in?? That’s useless. What happens if you arrive later? Second, beware of the locks in this unit. You can only lock doors from the inside and there’s no way of unlocking them from the outside if you get locked out. This happened to me on the first night when I was locked out of the master bathroom. I tried calling Vacasa of Maryland to get some help, and they said they would have to put in a request locally to get someone to come out. Well, 3 hours later, no one showed up! This could’ve been terrible if something valuable (like a cell phone or child) was locked inside and we had no way of unlocking the door to get inside. I had to go down to security to get some tools to unlock the door. Shout out to Tony who was EXTREMELY helpful in getting it resolved. The next morning, Vacasa called to check in to see if I was able to get the door open. THE NEXT MORNING?! REALLY? Again, if this was an emergency, there would’ve been no way to get in and Vacasa didn’t seem to care about the urgent request. The last issue I had was when we tripped a circuit breaker and the lights went out. Again, I had to call to get some help (which they had no clue what to do or tell me how to resolve the issue), so alas, I asked Tony from security to come help again. Please make sure you introduce yourself to him as he seems to be the only one ever on site to help when any issues arise. Overall, the property was nice and linens/sheets/toiletries, etc were provided, which was a nice touch. So the mostly my negative reviews come from booking through Vacasa. Beware!
