• Any damage or rule violations may result in additional charges.

Pet Rules for Guests

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to keep our property in excellent condition, guests traveling with pets must strictly follow the rules below:
1. All pets must be declared in advance before check-in. Unauthorized pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
2. Pets must always be supervised. Pets may not be left alone inside the property unless they are secured in an appropriate kennel or crate.
3. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or furniture. If your pet is used to being on furniture, you must bring and use your own protective covers.
4. House linens and towels may NOT be used for pets. This includes sheets, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, or any other house linens. Guests must bring their own pet blankets and towels.
5. Guests are required to clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Cleaning pet waste from the yard or outdoor areas is the guest’s responsibility.
6. Excessive noise, such as constant barking, must be avoided to prevent disturbance to neighbors or other guests.
7. Any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional charges for repairs or deep cleaning.
8. Pets must be free of fleas and ticks prior to entering the property.
9. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair, strong odors, or unusual mess is found after check-out.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund
