Delightful property

I spent two weeks working remotely and also golfing with friends. The neighborhood quiet and all the neighbors were friendly. The house has everything you would need for a perfect stay. It was close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

Need to replace the front door. Not very secure. Orherwise nice home and loved hot tub.

Never heard from roperty manager at all. But, house was ready on time and in clean condition. Hot tub was running and water clear.

Great 3-week stay!

Spacious home with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay! Comfortable accommodations. Hot tub was a bonus! Lovely lanai and gardens perfect for relaxing with morning coffee and evening cocktails. Host was very responsive and attentive to our questions. Loved morning walks in the quiet neighborhood. Would stay again when in the area.

Very nice house and amenities were good

Our stay was good but needed a few things. The back yard looks like a jungle with all the trees, bushes and grass that hasn’t been mowed in awhile. And hot tub was very dirty and water smelled. I have a hot tub so I knew how to clean it and take care of the water. Other than that the house itself was good for our stay. Would stay again if I was coming back to Cape Coral

Lovely place

It was a very nice stay, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The jacuzzi was a nice extra. We would definitely stay here again.

Host is great and house was perfect. Everything is centrally located. Stayed to help our family rebuild sanibel home, this location was perfect travel time to sanibel. Thank you again! Would def book again.

Very nice house

We stayed for 3 months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One extra nice perk was a DVR so we could record our favorite shows. Never had a rental that included that before.

Pros and Cons about our stay…

Overall it was great stay…a couple of items need to be addressed. 1) the dishwasher leaked from the bottom which we quit using and just hand washed our dishes. 2) the grill outside was dirty and needed cleaned prior to use. 3) no regular coffee pot just a Keurig to brew coffee . Outside had nice landscaping and many different fruit trees. Hot tub worked well Plenty of towels and amenities

Accurate website and pictures, great location and size, loved the hot tub and lanai. A problem with internet access but it was resolved quickly by personal property rep -- much appreciated. Would rent again and give property info to others.

Wonderful retreat from the North!!

Enjoyed our stay. All beds are queen not regular (that is why I gave the listing a Good rating) The garden area is such a relaxing view. We really enjoyed time spent on the screened in area.

Great house

We had a great time in this beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood. It was well furnished with beach towels. Our kids had a blast in the hotub and we had a great time in the patio. Just a minor misinformation with the code at our arrival but other than that we loved our stay.

Very clean, spacious house in quiet neighborhood

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral. Was impressed by the cleanliness. Jannellies was very easy to reach and responsive to requests. Stayed here for a baseball tournament in Ft Myers. The fields (PDC) were a 35 minute drive on Thursday & Friday mornings and about 22 minutes on Sat. & Sun. Driving to Ft Myers Beach is about 35 minutes on weekday evenings. On Sunday afternoon, about 10 minutes longer with very heavy traffic the last 2-3 miles. The house was nicely furnished, the outdoor, covered patio is a great feature. I found the mattress in the master bedroom way too soft but that’s just personal preference. The master bathroom is quite roomy with a walk-in closet and a big shower. Plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. My sons found the mattresses in the other bedrooms comfortable, I thought they were too soft also. There are several restaurants within a 10 minute drive, a Dollar General and Seven Eleven are within a few blocks of the house, probably a little too far to walk. The house has a 2 car garage which we didn’t use, mostly because the garage door opener was so loud we thought maybe something was wrong with it but it did work. The hot tub on the patio is a nice feature, my sons used it 1 night and thought it was fine. I thought the water smelled like it needed changed or needed some chemicals (I’ve got a hot tub at home and I always “shock” the water before and after each use. I couldn’t find any chemicals to treat the water). The lock on the front door is operated by a keypad or key. We could use the keypad to unlock the door but had to use the key to lock it when we left. So to lock the house when we checked out, we had to go out thru the patio door and lock it behind us. We notified Jannielles and she said that’s not how it’s supposed to work and would notify the owner. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house and thought the pictures and description on VRBO were very accurate. In a

Nice stay

Clean house. Close to beaches and activities. Quiet neighborhood. The owner is very flexible on accommodations. Pets allowed, but there is no fenced in backyard. We were in a transition between homes and this suited our needs very nicely. Wi-Fi was good. I would recommend if you want to be within 30-40 minutes of major beaches like Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island. But, I found a beach near the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Great for boaters.

Cape Coral was very nice

I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the Cape Coral area. The home was a nice and clean 3 bedroom with TVs galore. Three of us have pets and missed them a lot but, the stuffed dog on the third bed helps. The only thing missing was a pool which would have gave it 4.5 stars.

VERY NICE STAY

We had a very nice stay. The house itself was true to the pictures and description. Upon arrival it was clean (we did have to mop the floor). What would have made our stay even better is if there were instructions for the hot tub, when to put out garbage and just basic info regarding the house and the immediate local area (what's close by, beaches, etc.) Lastly, the tv in the bedroom was not working for the 4 days of our 6 day stay and there was something wrong with the sink/dishwasher because it kept backing up in the sink and food debris would be all over. Dealing with the owners was very simple and easy to do and they were very apologetic and accommodating to the small issues (perhaps no one told them before of the problems with the sink). Would have no problem recommending or going back to this home.
