The well-equipped kitchen has been updated with all new appliances including stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and has all the essentials to prepare tasty homemade meals. The porch has brand-new outdoor furniture. There are two bedrooms, including the main suite. There are new beds with linen, headboards, and comfortable mattresses. Additional perks include central air conditioning, brand new washer/dryer stack, two TVs, two DVDs, and free WiFi. No dogs/pets permitted. No smoking on property. Sleeps 7 people.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
