Extra perks include central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, five TVs (the TV in the primary suite offers Netflix and Hulu streaming, while the remaining four TVs have gaming ports), Blu-ray, DVD, Keurig, and WiFi. The loft in this Sea Colony vacation rental is accessed by a spiral staircase. This owner is providing guests with linen.

THINGS TO KNOW

Sea Colony charges a mandatory per-person fee for guests four and older. This fee varies by the time of year. The local VueStay team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.



Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
