The the condo was beautiful, everything was very nice. The check-in people were wonderful. The view was beautiful and we took good care of it. We couldn’t find the sink plug and we couldn’t find the remote for the main bedroom fan but that’s all. I definitely would go back.

Lovely home

Overall well maintained with many creature comforts/extras for families including board games and beach stuff. Great choice for families with kids. The view of the beach was wonderful to wake up to every morning!

Clean, comfy and great view

Beds were comfy. We everything we needed in the apartment and it was clean. Location was great and view was good so it was still worthwhile even on a rainy day.

This is our second year renting this exact condo and I can tell you that we will be back again! The condo has everything you will need. Thanks again for another beautiful week at sea colony east! We cant wait to book our next trip!

Great stay

The condo is very well stocked. Great view. Loved the fact that the patio door and windows had screens. The only suggestion is to maybe have a cupboard or two for the renters groceries.

The property was great. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the beach. The amenities were well thought out (the washer/dryer was very helpful). It was easy to get to the beach, and Bethany Beach Boardwalk was close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great view, older property

This is a nice property with a great view. The property is well maintained and clean but showing some age. Our kids loved that we were on the ocean and could walk down to the beach.

Wonderful View of the Beach

The condo is a beach haven decorated in colors of the ocean; kitchen well-stocked; comfortable master bedroom bed, and an endless unobstructed view of the surf, beach and sunrise. Easy check-in system with keyless entry and short distance to parking.

Weekend Getaway

We went to Bethany for a weekend getaway. The condo was in a perfect location with a beautiful view. The furnishings were very comfortable and the unit was extremely clean and well stocked. We had the opportunity to use the amenities on site as well. The area was walkable and that was a huge perk. We hope to return for a visit in the future.

Our First Bethany Beach Vacation

The ocean front and pool views were beautiful. The photos of the condo were probably taken when it was last renovated , probably some years ago. The condo was clean but dated . It’s time for a facelift.

Perfection! My husband and I spent 4 nights at 609 and celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary. The views of the ocean were amazing. You could hear the sound of the ocean as you were falling asleep in the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. The beach access is a 3 minute walk from the parking area. I’m very picky and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. I can’t wait to return!
