Fantastic Walk to the Beach

This home was perfect for our stay and we could literally walk to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning. Nice quiet neighborhood streets and still close enough to food and things to do. Great layout with a huge kitchen and gorgeous showers. Our family slept great and loved this house.

This beach vacation was so needed for me and my family we had a wonderful time the house was great

The process was very simple and easy to rent the Beachhouse. We had a great group of seven family members. It was very comfortable, it was fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the beach. The entire community is beautiful and fantastic beach homes... We will forever remember this vacation.

Beach vacation

The beach house is very nice. The upstairs is completely renovated and the master suite spacious with the large showers. There are also a lot more beach items available than in the description, like beach chairs, bicycles, beach carts. We had a fantastic stay

Labor Day Weekend

The house was clean and even better than shown on the picture. We were 7 adults and 2 kids and there was enough space for all of us to be there comfortably. We highly recommend it.

The property was clean and comfortable with plenty of room and well-maintained. We were surprised how well the kitchen was outfitted. Lots of space to allow anyone to have alone time if they needed it. It would have been nice to have decking chairs wiped clean of air particulate.The only negative we encountered was the fire alarm in our bedroom went off at 3:30am Sunday morning and continued to do so every ten minutes. After checking nothing was amiss, we called the office number and received a recording someone would call us back within a half hour. An hour later we called again and were told there was nothing they could do until maintenance arrived Sunday morning at 9am. Office personnel suggested we disengage the battery. There was no apparent ladder and my nearly 80 year old husband was not going on a ladder where he may fall. No one called us Sunday morning. I placed another call at 9:30am requesting a maintenance person to check out the system. Two gentlemen came and said the battery in the initial string did not have full power. Should this have been checked prior to renting the house? Better protocol needs to be established for emergencies such as this. Since we could not sleep Saturday night and slept all day Sunday. We could only have five beach days instead of the contracted six. We are owed 1/6 of our rental.

We regret the inconvenience you experienced over this situation which could not have been anticipated. Our smoke detectors are checked twice annually and we apologize this happened. We are glad you had a good stay and hope to have you back again soon.

Stay with Sandbridge Blue!

Everything went swimmingly with our stay! The Sandbridge Blue crew were all exceedinly helpful and kind. Our family had a number of out-of-the-ordindary requirements as we have lots of kids, our toddler with significant health problems. She put it well throughout the trip, "Come on you guys! We all go beach! We all go beach!" Sandbridge Blue helped make it possible. Thanks be to God!

Affordability first and foremost

Experience was general favorable but this being our second year at this location I was disappointed to see the same broken doors/cabinets/windows and bathtubs as last year. The house is generally very functional for a family and has plenty of (indoor) space for children to play without crowding the rest of the family. What drew us to this location was the price, which makes up for the long walk to the beach, but it’s disheartening to see effectively no repairs having been made since the last time we rented the property. Several pocket doors are still broken, a window above the sink has shattered glass, cabinet pulls are falling off and the tub in the downstairs master doesn’t hold water. That said the beach was the star of the show, and was never crowded. I would absolutely rent this house again but a few repairs would go a long way.

Beautiful place!

Lovely Beach house. Loved that it had accessories for the beach but it was a little short on much else inside. We had no basics such as dish soap and only one dishwasher pod. Since we were only on a short stay would have been nice not to scramble to get those basic items. My only other minor complaint is that there was a pet fee in our bill. I asked that since we weren't bringing pets if that could be subtracted and was told no. I think there should be an allowance if pets are not included. Thanks for the stay!

Fun family vacay!

Wonderful property! We highly recommend it. We had 2 couples and a baby. The house has so much space and many different areas (like the sunroom and outdoor decks) for private or family time. There was plenty of room for my other son, his wife and kids too next time we visit! The property is so comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach, including bikes and other beach goodies! We love this home and will definitely rent it again. You won’t be disappointed!!

Family Holiday

This house was perfect for our family. Ping pong in the garage with doors open was a great activity in spite of Covid. Having bunk beds in 1 bedroom rather than all queen beds would be a plus for families with kids.

Perfect family beach vacation!

Property was great! Wish the beach was a little closer, but i'm splitting hairs! Even with a 4 year old we managed just fine. I feel like the listing should have included some of the "extras" that came with the house. There were several bikes, a cooler, and a cart to pull some things to the beach. Would have been nice to know those items were there prior to arriving. I would definitely stay here again.......in a heartbeat!

Beautiful House close to Beach!

The house is great! Very well equipped. The tandem bike and ping pong table were big hits with my family. Short walk to the beach and the hill at the end of the street was great for my 11 year old to skateboard! Made for a great Thanksgiving holiday getaway.

Babys first beach trip

House was perfect for us, three couples plus an infant. Short walk to the beach, kitchen was well equipped and furniture was beautiful and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time!

300 Oyster Lane is a great house and perfect location to the beach. There are two extremely close beach access points next to the house making the 4 min walk to the beach enjoyable. The main road on the north section is less busy so it’s safer for families who have kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed all the rooms and everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The sunroom was a great place to relax, read, or work. We loved all the bedrooms, and bathrooms were updated and large. The owners provided so many essentials necessary to enjoy a week at the beach. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen. We had brought extra containers and pans, but did not need them. This house felt like home. The refrigerator is new and large offering filtered water and ice. We loved everything about this house. Enjoy!!!

Awesome

Everything was really good. Very clean , close to the beach, close to supermarket. Only suggestion; keep some kind of dish cleaning soap, other soap and shampo. Ppl sometimes only visit for couple of days and thy hv to buy these things

Great stay

We loved the home. 1 block from the beach. Very clean! Loved the open floor plan. Great outdoor living. Bikes, ping pong table, corn hole...very clean! Market right down the street, great neighborhood. Only feedback: please provide the basics: kitchen soap, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge.. no beach towels and limited bath towels. Other than that....I would come back!
