Six bedrooms, eight beds, four bathrooms, and a private pool waiting just beyond the sliding glass doors - this Windsor at Westside home is built for groups who want it all. Whether you're planning a multi-family trip to the parks or a celebratory getaway, the space gives everyone room to breathe while still coming together when it counts. And with one of the area's best resort communities surrounding the property, the fun doesn't stop at the front gate.

 

The space

Natural light moves freely through the main floor, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas connect without interruption. The kitchen anchors the space with a central island and bar seating - a natural gathering point for morning coffee or evening wind-downs before heading out. The adjacent dining area sits comfortably alongside it, giving the whole group a place to eat, catch up, and plan the next day.

 

Outdoor living

Slide open the doors and the covered screened lanai takes over. The private pool and spa are ready for a post-park soak or a slow morning float, while the covered seating area and summer kitchen with grill set the scene for easy outdoor dining. Whether you're grilling at dusk or lounging poolside on a warm afternoon, this space earns its place as the heart of the home.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 14 guests across six bedrooms. On the first floor, a queen bedroom and a king master suite each have their own bathroom - the master also has direct access to the pool area. Upstairs, you'll find a room with two double beds, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a second king suite with an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are reserved for owner use and are not accessible to guests.

 

Game loft & entertainment

The upper-level loft doubles as a second living space and entertainment hub. A pool table and shuffleboard bring out the friendly competition, while the TV makes it just as easy to settle in for a movie night. It's a flexible space that works for kids and adults alike.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything the group needs - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are stocked, as are dishes and silverware. A dining table completes the setup for full group meals at home.

 

Resort amenities

As part of Windsor at Westside Resort, guests have access to shared resort facilities including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, fitness center, sports courts, arcade, and the Oasis Club with dining and lounge areas. It's the kind of resort access that turns a house stay into a full vacation experience.

 

Location

Positioned minutes from Florida's most visited theme parks, the home places you close to Disney's Animal Kingdom (approx. 15 min), Magic Kingdom (approx. 20 min), Epcot (approx. 18 min), and Universal Studios Florida (approx. 25 min). Margaritaville Resort Orlando is around 10 minutes away, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets about 22 minutes, and Orlando International Airport approximately 35 minutes.

 

Before you arrive

A starter supply of essentials is provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to restock. Trash cans are set up but additional bags may be needed.



IMPORTANT NOTE: While the home features eight bedrooms in total, two are locked for owner use, providing guests with access to six bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.



Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
