The place is clean and was fine for our 1 night stay. It's pretty minimal as far as comforts. There are no ceiling fans or TVs in the bedrooms and the living room furniture isnt the most comfortable but it was a short stay and convenient for what we needed. Host is very good with communication.

Overall, not a bad place to stay. The issue that we had was at check-out. We were charged an additional 150 clean-up fee after our stay. When we asked why, the only respond we got was additional cleaning required and items missing. We got no details as to what was presumably missing nor what needed to be cleaned. We paid the fee because it was too much of a headache to continue with the lack of dialogue.

My guess is that this is a new rental. The price was reasonable for what we got. We did not get check-in information prior to check-in time and could not make contact with the host. We had to contact website management to contact the host for us to give us the code to get in. We messaged the host again later to ask about being able to acquire the code to lower the temperature on the air conditioner and never got a response. There were damp towels hanging on the drying rack and we were not sure if they were clean or dirty. The doors to the bedrooms are about 85% minimally frosted glass so don’t expect much privacy. Otherwise, the property was fairly clean and about what should be expected for the price and it suited our purpose of somewhere to sleep prior to spending a full day at the beach.

First of all the pictures of the river have nothing to do with this condo and the GPS takes you to the opposite side of the parking lot and the numbers on the units are difficult to see or find, especially if you're coming in when it's dark. I was very disappointed if the location based on the pictures. The host did respond when we called and texted but it was still a bit stressful trying to find the exact room with the delay in response. The condo was very clean and had tons of toilet paper, but only 2 towels and a tide pod. No wash cloths or hand cloths or anything else to clean up after a long day in the heat. To no fault of the owner, we were woken every 2 to 3 hours with the infiltration of weed being smoked by the neighboring unit as well as loud music. You couldn't adjust the thermostat and although 72 should by cool, in the master bedroom there was no fan and it was a bit stuffy. So we slept with the bedroom door open, but you couldn't turn the TV off. It just stayed in the roku loop all night which the light kept us awake. Again, it was clean and had toilet paper.

First off, I had to contact the property manager 3 hours prior to check in to find out how to enter the property because no email was sent. This is when they told me there was lock box on the A/C and it was set at 71. I mentioned that was a bit cold for me, but thought I’d rather be cold than hot. The condo smelled of weed and the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbors moving a chair. The beds were sparse with only a sheet and thin blanket. With the air set at 71, we ended up putting our sweatshirts on as we were freezing while sleeping. The pillowcases were dirty and had hairs, shower had rust in it, and the living room rug was stained and dirty. The front bedroom only had a sheer white curtain and an overhead light, so we didn’t use that room because you could see right into it at night. When I went to look at the balcony to see the pool (that was green, btw) the sliding glass door was unlocked with the lock non-operational. I texted the property manager that I didn’t feel safe with not being able to lock it (that’s one positive, they quickly responded on text and calls) and they told me there was a metal bar in the laundry closet I could use…?! We paid for 6 nights and stayed for 7 hours. The property manager offered the next day when I told them we were vacating to put us in another house, but I had already made a reservation for a hotel and they wouldn’t reimburse us anything.
