3 bedroom, 2 bath one-story home in the heart of Tri-Cities Washington.

This home offers 2,000 square feet of comfort and relaxation! Located in west Kennewick, 8 minutes from Southridge sports complex and 6 minutes from Three Rivers Convention Center with easy access to the freeway.

Perfect for families, business travelers, or small groups, you’ll enjoy a peaceful neighborhood setting with easy access to shopping, dining, parks, golfing and the area’s best wineries.

This 3 bedroom home can sleep 7 adults comfortably and up to 2 additional children (2 top bunks), please inquire for bookings of more than 7 guests.

The living room is open and bright, with comfortable couch, loveseat and recliner. In the Winter, the fireplace provides warmth and comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. Enough dish-ware to service 9 people as well as kid friendly dishes. High chair available, located in primary bedroom closet.

Three bedrooms provide the 9 sleep spaces. (Max 7 adults + 2 additional children)
-Primary suite: King bed, soaking tub, shower, double vanity, pack n play in closet.
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
-Bedroom 3: 2 twin bunk beds*, one has a trundle.

*Bunk Bed Information: Each bunk bed has a combined maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs (upper and lower bunks together). For safety, we do not recommend adults sleep on the top bunks.

The primary suite includes a shower, separate soaking tub and double vanity. Bathroom 2 has a tub/shower combo. (Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash available)

High-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air throughout, in-unit laundry (Detergent included), and Roku smart TVs make it easy to feel right at home.

Outside, you’ll find plenty of parking on the driveway and the street in front of the house. There is a private backyard area for relaxing in the fresh air. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Please note there are two steps to get into the house and two steps to exit into the back patio.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, except for the garage and a locked owner’s closet near the front door.

Seamless Check-In. You’ll receive your personalized door code shortly before check-in time for a smooth, secure and complete privacy during your stay.

No smoking or vaping.
No pets on premises.
Large gatherings and parties are not permitted.

Unauthorized guests will result in reservation cancellation or a fee of $100 per guest per night.

This property is equipped with an exterior security Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It actively record video 24/7 and is strictly for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
