Pets: We allow up to 2 dogs per booking. We do charge a deep cleaning. Pets are not allowed on furniture`s. Pets are not allowed to pee/poop on the grass in the backyard. We will charge extra if any of these rules are violated. When you do walk your dog , please be respectful of the beautiful neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones!
Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment during quiet hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.). If your pet becomes anxious or vocal while alone, it can disturb neighboring guests. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful stay thank you for being considerate!

• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)


Please be aware that Florida’s tropical climate especially during the rainy season (May through November) can occasionally bring small pests like ants, mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, and other harmless insects, even in the cleanest, best-maintained properties. While we have regular professional pest control, it’s not unusual for a few to find their way inside.
Keeping doors closed and food properly stored helps prevent ants and fruit flies.
